Tresoil Biofuels SRL would be interesting to know of the projects they have carried out in Romania. Their public accounts make interesting reading. Guess total sales since 2013....

I wonder why one of Waste2Tricty's largest shareholder s had sold their shares and their board representative s have resigned,? If the projections from Telephone man were met then they would have a multi bagger?

Now returning to facts, I note that Trefoil posted on 23 January ,2016 https://www.up2europe.eu/ideas/waste-to-hydrogen-danube-delta-boat-project_15.html This was a project to obtain EU grants and loans to use a PHE unit to produce hydrogen and power a Danube riverboat. So what has happened to this project?

If there isn't a better company to invest in then why have the directors failed to have substantial investment s. Instead, two hold nothing, one had £530 from 2012 and two have recently invested a total of £15,000. So the dichotomy if all this ramping on here yet the directors not appearing with substantial skin in the game?

Is not similar to the Qatar MOU with no actual contracts but a consultancy business looking to sell the 25tpd units? All these figures are just projections with not one single sale yet. If these projections were correct then the directors would be piling in, significant shareholders would be buying rather than selling and the share price would be rocketing.

Well several significant shareholders, two sold Linc Energy and Hillgrove and one follow ING the death of David Moard's. Will interesting to see the updated significant shareholders schedule, currently overdue for updating. Will Renewme and Yady still hold the same number as before as there hasn't been any TR1s issued.

Whow what figures and all these projections yet the company's directors don't appear to share the same if you look at their shareholding s. The experienced city director and technical director s don't appear to hold a single. The temaining three directors one owns £530 worth since 2022 and the other two have recently purchased their total holding worth £15,300. So if this is a ground breaking technology company, clearing the world of plastic and tyre waste, generating hydrogen for the new economy, with substantial profits and throwing off cash then why have the directors either failed to purchase any shares or have such a low holding? Do they not believe in the project or are there other factors such as the commercial viability when the current small test rig is scales up , timeframe and ultimately profitability in a commercial environment?

As PHE is at the share presentation on Saturday what questions could be asked? How many share purchases have the directors made in the company if the company has such a growth prediction, ground breaking technology and throwing off cash?

Congratulations to the company for filing the debenture satisfaction form at Companies House on time and with no errors. All those share sales yesterday surely couldn't have been the placed Hillgrove shares being flipped and sold? Didn't they want to hold long term on to a ground breaking technology company which will be profitablle and throwing off cash ? Can't wait for the significant shareholders schedule to be updated?

How sad that a fish can find all the errors in a company's audited accounts after a cursory glance that the directors and Big 4 firm of chartered accountant auditors had 6 months to prepare and failed to do so. How sad that a fish highlights all the errors in the share allotment forms which the directors fail to correct. How sad that a fish had to highlight missing directors' appointment forms not being filed. How sad that s fish has to highlight the errors on the interim accounts which the directors have prepared. Oh well when you have to resort to insults then the criticisms must be accurate about the company. Where is the Renewme Limited's website, where is it commercial trading address and not the registered office and what other trading activities are there about the company on the internet? Will be very interesting to see the information. Also can't wait for the significant shareholders schedule to be updated in accordance with Aim Rule 26. Will Renewme Ltd still be on there or not?
