Although the significant shareholders schedule has been updated showing the fall in Yady's and Renewme's percentage shareholdings there hasn't been a TR1 issued to the market for this change. Are they aware of the Disclosure and Transparency rules concerning changes in the shareholding percentages and disclosure requirements to the company? The rules allow the market and public to know when shareholders are buying or selling down.

So how big a company is Tresoil Biofuels SRL, how many people are employed in the company? What projects has it successfully completed in Romania? What is the financial strength of it's accounts? All reasonable questions any company would ask of a potential business partner.

So how successful is Tresoil Biofuels SRL? How many people are employed by them? What projects have they been involved with band what was their involvement? How much EU grants and loans heve they raised? Lastly, looking at their financial statements are they financially strong enough to support the distribution agreement? Reasonable points to discuss based upon the RNS which stated that " Tresoil is a well established company in Bucharest and has been involved in seeking grants for alternative energy projects and is considered a leading specialist in this area".

Hi Leewayne, well it's for you to judge, but directors of any company have the closest involvement with any project and will be aware of its commercial projections and any limitations. They will have the financial forecasts including profits and cashflow. All of this combined into the share price and if s successful project may be a multi bagger. Now check how many shares do the directors hold? Is it that two hold none? Is it that one holds £500 worth since 2012? Is it that two recently purchased between them approximately £15,000 worth?
