Well I have posted legitimate questions about the company, its financial reporting and companies it has announced contracts and MOUs with via RNS. Unlike many shareholders of the company I have not lost a single penny due to the company; neither through shares nor have I ever been employed or connected to the company, suppliers to or competitors of the company. So why are you so trouble d about questions being asked about the company on here? I for one would want to know why people continually post on here if the company is such a ground breaking technology and will be so profitable? If the company is so good, has such a ground breaking technology and will be a FTSE 100 company then why does it need posts ramping the share price? Irrelevant that they don't have any income. Why doesn't PHE pay suppliers with money? The suppliers will only be selling the shares to raise money to pay their employees, suppliers and tax liabilities. The suppliers must be earning a large profit to help offset the instant 34% loss in value of their payment made via shares.

Most companies pay suppliers in money. If suppliers want to buy shares then they can,but far more tax efficiently than accepting payment in shares. Why does PHE not pay suppliers with money?

Well if you wish to accept the privileges of limited liability, the tax breaks deferring income tax using a corporate entity, and the tax breaks of investing via ISA and pensions then you also have to accept the responsibilities which go with the privileges You have to comply with audited accounts, comply with financial reporting requirements and allow public scrutiny of the business.
