What the performance targets do they have to meet for the share options to invest? Is there a profit target, an EPS requirement or what?

If you accept everyone has to make their own decision then why do you post requesting certain people to leave the site? Shareholders enjoy the privileges of limited liability and very generous tax breaks paid for by tax payers. In return they have to accept their responsibility of public scrutiny of the company. So why do you want all the privileges but not accept the responsibilities?

There's also a ramper on every board who will ramp anything to get innocent investors to buy into a share even though it isn't a worthwhile investment. Chippyjo that must be you on this board ? Why would they forego the opportunity of investing in a company promoted on here as a multi bagger, a technological breaking company which will solve the world's waste problems and kick start the new hydrogen economy? Why has there been no details about the very experienced Tresoil Biofuels SRL previous projects? I see AFC doesn't. value it's investment in Waste2Tricty writing it off to zero and the debt due from W2T. Looking forward to the audited accounts and I'm sure the new auditors will include the share register as part of their audit procedures. Will there be any movement by the currently disclosed significant shareholders including Renewme Limited? How will any future funding requirements if necessary be considered as part of the auditor's going concern considerations?

Instead of having to pay to get rid of the waste it could become a valuable commodity with WTE companies having to compete and pay for Thier "fuel " supplies. How will this impact on the WTE business models if plastic road builders also compete for the plastic waste?
