Don't worry Newboy58, with the new auditors appointed after a tender process the audit fee has increased. But at least there won't be any errors in the accounts. Well the company has a chief financial officer ( non board appointment) who is a chartered accountant, a board of experienced directors, a City firm of chartered accountants as the statutory auditors and an experienced Nomad...... surely no errors would have got past such a group of people???? They will need to amend the other share allotment forms going back to December 2015. Multiple errors in them and continually repeating the dames errors. What management procedures are in place for quality control of their work? Audited accounts will need to be published by 30 June , so RNS out tomorrow??

Chippyjo , you say the RNS reads right but the share allotment form is out by a factor of 10 and 100 times. If they can't get the simplest of corporate administration right, and they have a chief financial officer ( non board appointment) who is a chartered accountant, a very experienced company secretary and experienced directors , then what expectation can the public have about them producing a ground breaking technological product. There are substantial documents and forms so how will they cope if they are a minnow on Aim? If you keep giving excuses for failure then what hope for bringing a new product to commercial success??

They are a public limited company, very happy to raise money from the public, happy to accept the protection of Companies Act 2006 with limited liability protection for the shareholders. So why do you not accept the responsibility of ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and Aim regulations? Private companies also manage to comply with companies act regulations. Taking your approach then you will be happy for a business to ignore health and safety regulations and environmental protection laws if they are a minor Aim player? What an attitude to take; how safe would any product be if all minor Aim companies followed your approach?

A good quality management would ensure don't occur, if they do they then correct them. The management would also then ensure that the initial error doesn't reoccur. What systems are in place to ensure that the company's financial reporting is properly managed for quality objectives? Does the company also follow the same approach to building the 25tpd unit? Will it be 250,tpd or even 2,500tpd if the wrong figure s are used ? Micromanaging, would you object to an engineer being out by a factor of 20 or even 100? Read about the serious errors and resulting injuries and even death following what you would say are pedantic errors in medical charts and prescriptions.

Start with the share allotment forms, nice and easy for any company, accountant and company secretary to check and amend to ensure they are correct. Start from December 2015. Chippyjo very simple it's the share allotment form filed this week and the RNS issued on Friday, 18 May 2018 at 07:00. The shares were issued at 0.5 p and 0.76p per RNS and £0.05 and £0.76 per share allotment form. Which is correct? More than enough information there for you Chippyjo for a publicly traded company to investigate this matter. What quality control systems does the company have in place for monitoring and managing its work? Whilst they are looking at RNS and share allotment forms will they also correct all those issued with errors since December 2015?
