How would the recent placing have occured without the benefit of the weekend press announcement? We are grateful for your vigilence about these rampers Sharesport on this and other boards.

Reece, So helping out not only investors but also the company by highlighting the errors in last Friday's RNS is now seen as being negative by you. What a negative attitude you have. I offered my services freely with no charge and pointed out the errors. I dread to think how many attempts they may have needed so I graciously helped by posting the correct figures required. This enabled the company to finally post a correct RNS on its third attempt. What have you done to assist the company with its financial reporting? Nothing except post insults and derogatory statements. Well let's see you help the company by posting about its 2017 audited accounts. As you view any posting as negative I will wait until the morning of the AGM to post about them.

Let's hope that their reports are a bit more accurate than a certain company's financial reporting.

Thank for another coherent posting by AudibleEnergy. We cannot thank him enough for his comments, but why does he always slate the company? I think that is what he posted. Perhaps he may get it correct if he has another two attempts like the company's RNS issued on Friday?

Do you understand basic financial reporting? The company doesn't, fortunately I was able to highlight their errors in Friday's RNS. I even kindly posted what the correct figures should be so that they could post a correct RNS on the third attempt. So if they don't get basic administrative tasks right then what are the expectations that they are getting all the engineering work correct?

So how many weeks continuous uninterrupted use operated by non skilled operatives? Would you buy a car or any other multi million asset which hadn't been tested for a substantial uninterrupted period? If the ceramic chamber is cheap to replace then why is the 25tpd unit been estimated to cost +£5m each? The working parts all appear cheap and easy to manufacture , and it has even been said many are off the shelf components.

So what has been the longest uninterrupted run time for the unit? How many months, or weeks or days hours?
They must have done a several months long test with all the work in Australia and since it has been back in the UK?

This is what a commercial fully working unit have to do being operated by unskilled operatives rather than having a team of engineers operating it.

Newboy58 please don't mislead. Where have I posted that I want the company to fail? Instead I have raised legitimate questions about a publicly traded company reliant on limited liability for protection. Do you disagree with my questions about the repeated errors in the financial reporting? If an engineering company cannot get the basic administrative tasks right, and keep repeating the same errors, then what does that say about the company's quality control ethos and management? Let's take yesterday's RNS. Why did it take seconds to spot the errors in the first and then the second RNS and the third was issued after the correct figures were posted on here? Don't forget, the RNS would have been approved by the company and its Nomad, so why did it take until the third RNS to get it right? I won't mention the 2017 audited accounts as I will leave that to the auditors to comment upon them at the AGM. I will list questions for them on the morning , cough cough.

No contracts, just MOUs and placings. Don't worry though, there will be plenty more placings for you to average down. I see all the share placings are listed in the 2017 audited accounts with the date, number issued and price the shares were issued at. Well not all, there is no price mentioned for the shares issued to Renewme Limited to clear the debt owed to them. Now why is there no price mentioned? Well of course the company would have complied with the Companies Act and not iuued the shares at less than their nominal value of 0.5p. So what price were the 90,932,961 issued at? You don't need to answer. Jabberba as it involves maths and that is not your best subject.

Do enlighten us about the successful projects which Tresoil Biofuels SRL has been involved in. Do tell us about the business experience of the consultant mentioned this week in the W2T post. Is she connected to the director with the same name at Dystopia Media Limited ? Jabberba you don't like scrutiny of the company whybis that? Only a ramper would disagree with such scrutiny. You only invest on the backs of hard working families enduring you have limited liability protection and tax breaks for your investment. If you believed in the product why not trade as an unlimited liability entity?

Or may be Jabberba will invest in a company which has management which ensures it complies with Companies Act and Aim rules. If a company cannot get the simplest of administrative procedures correct then how will it cope with managing new technology and building commercial products based on a small scale test product? Instead it keeps repeating the same mistakes... So about the audited accounts for 2017, how much did they charge , more than £20,000? Ooochhh.

Paramedic, how many companies have to issue amended accounts , not many and particularly not those that have a quality ethos. So are they building a 0.25 tpd unit , or is 2.5 tpd unit , or is it a 250 tpd unit or even a 2,500 tpd unit??? Well what the heck let the engineers just use what ever measuring unit they like and so what about accuracy??

Will you go on and on about MOUs yet no deals, no sales, no cashflow, just placing after placing? How fortuitous for the weekend press to have the story with the accounts just being published. Fortunately W2T was able to give further details on its website as it isn't restricted by Aim rules. What business experience does the consultant have and is she the same person as the director of Dystopia Media Limited? Based on the accuracy of previous forms will they be building a 0.25tod unit or a 2,500tpd rather than a 25tpd unit? Accuracy of numbers is very important particularly when it comes to engineering products. If they followed your contempt for accuracy they what will be the impact on the health and safety of any unit they build?

Oh dear Paramedic, are you Jabberba's twin? You are posting the same excuses and fail to accept the company's financial reporting errors. I am not referring to the share allotment forms which are out by factor s of 20 and 100. Instead, I refer to the published audited accounts which contain errors in them. So will the company and the auditors correct them ? Let's see how long it takes them to find them.
