Also, you have forgotten to mention that two directors , being the chief executive and also the technical director are directors at Waste2Tricty. Their salaries there are not disclosed as it is a private company. Perhaps Piltick you could also disclosed what performance targets have to be met for the share options to vest. Hi London Picard Ignore all the posters. Instead look at the people who have the most knowledgeable and experience of the product, the directors. How many shares have they purchased, what is their total investment in the company? Then compare this to the postings that this is going to be a multi bagger , hugely profitablle cash producing company. Does the directors investment reflect well or adversely against these projections? Currently only three out of five directors hold shares; I'm happy to correct this but the Chairman nor the technical director hold nil shares. Two non-executive s hold £5,000 and £520 worth whilst the chief executive owns £10,000. The two largest holdings were only purchased in February 2018 and the remaining one in 2012. So do you think this is a multi bagger if the directors' shareholdings total £15,520?

As it is regular ly posted for people to do research then having questions and comments can only help people to decide on their investing decisions. Thank you T'man for listing so many projects. All these governments, companies and organisations are developing or implementing large scale hydrogen strategy projects. Yet there is no mention of PHE in any of them. Instead, they have Tresoil Biofuels SRL in Romania and nobody has listed any of the successful projects they have been involved with or how many people are employed by them. They are involved with Waste2Tricty which has only employed one person including directors in 2017, according to 2017 accounts.

When you have purile postings by AudibleEnergy and 98889 they were exactly the same sort of abuse which occurred on the CTAG board. This was done to deliberately stop people posting who didn't agree with them. Is AudibleEnergy's deliberate use of mental health as a term of abuse acceptable on an investment bulletin board? AFC October 3017 accounts have already been sent to the shareholders, they have held their AGM in April 2018 at Stamford Bridge and the accounts have been approved. So why would a new finance director need to hold up accounts which have been audited and approved by shareholders at the AGM?
