Meanwhile , cash strapped companies pay suppliers in shares not in cash? Why don't they pay suppliers like any other normal business using cash or bank payments? What a way to describe two companies providing services to the company as "2 losers". They are losers financially having taken the shares at 0.76p and the current share price is 0.49. How will these companies pay their staff, their suppliers and VAT? Do hope they have sufficient cash resources to forego cash and accept shares in lieu of payment. Now Waste2Tricty and Engsolve how much was in their bank accounts as per their accounts?

Shares is a vote to be paid 0.76,p but only get 0.5p of value and the cost of selling the shares. Goodbye to a 34% loss upon receipt of the shares. Why not get paid like any normal business? If they want to buy shares they could so in the market far more tax efficiently via say Iss or pension funds. Let's look at how financial ly strong the accounts are for suppliers such as Waste2Tricty or Engsolve .

I see that the company has issued two amended share allotment forms to correct errors made in previously filed documents. Will the company now correct all the other share allotment firms issued since December 2015 which have errors in them? It has taken them a long time to correct them and only after I have made many posts highlighting that the forms were wrong. Meanwhile looking forward to the new auditors completing their work and the audited accounts being published. Will there be any changes to the significant shareholders schedule?.
