Rumour has it Professional has been able to buy back in today for 2.9p and will be looking to sell again later 🤔

Anyway, nice to see the SP consolidate after a good day yesterday. I wonder, if this did manage to drift all the way up to 6p with no further news, would master and others really sell, as they said they would? Personally, after waiting this long already I’m in until we have confirmation Heron is finally good to go. BP might be right and it could still only go to 6p on that, but I want to see after suffering the delays so far.

This all hinges on the strategic update and production numbers, promised to us before year end, i.e. 5 market days left!

The pessimistic view is that they are leaving it until the last minute when most investors will be off enjoying Christmas so the bad news can be somewhat swept under the carpet. I mean, if it’s amazingly good why would you want to announce it when there’s minimal liquidity in the market to give maximum positive effect to the SP?!

The optimist will say production numbers are amazing and we can be self sustaining and didn’t want to sign up to punishing terms in a JV.

Either way, I can see this moving significant one way or the other in these next 5 market days. 2p or 0.2p?

It’s quite simple from here - we need those production numbers to not be good, but very good. I just hope the strategy update we’ve been told we’ll get imminently is not bad news and some nonsense like they think they’ll be better of delisting etc. There has to be concern about skullduggery going on with the BOD. Fingers crossed for us all.

Today’s rise was to do with the RNS. Not chart technicals. If it had moved today like this without an RNS, fair enough.

Hoping to see some consolidation tomorrow.

I’m invested here and losing like everyone else. If we’d have listened to the doctor panics we’d have all saved ourselves money.

Whether they are right or wrong, the market is now saying this is going bust. Yes, there are assets. But it does not mean PI’s will necessarily see any value from them and we are bottom of the pile when divvying anything up.

People will bury their head in the sand and just have “deramper” on auto reply which I get. It’s painful.

N1 - I think the fact this has been going on for years means that there will be skepticism this is really it. Only once we see a barrel of oil filled will I be totally convinced. But on the whole, a mildly positive update today given that I had already written off 2023.

Because there was (hope) value added to the SP by JV discussions!

It looks like they’ll be leaving production numbers to the last minute. Hopefully not because they are bad and hoping to sweep them under the carpet by releasing them on the last market day before Christmas or when everyone is off suffering a hangover in between Christmas and New Year.

I hope this isn’t another Parsley Box (MEAL) situation. Where the company was going to hell and the CEO started using his family and friends to buy up stock, set up a vote to take it private and of course got it through. Shareholders had to accept 0.5p down from £2, or hold shares in an unlisted company with no way to sell!

Market cap might only be £10m, but how much debt do we have.. can anyone confirm?

Hope I’m wrong but I don’t see much of a move today, certainly not back to 3.7p. Market will look at this in a cold way, which is that we are still waiting.

The pessimistic view is that the corrupt provincial governor is clearly still blocking/slowing things up, and that he could find another problem down the line to continue to stop us. Oh, and we’ve had to pay more money.

The optimistic view is that things do seem to be progressing slowly and we should be ready to go once winter is over.

Manx - I’m not sure winning new contracts is good at this stage. MB loves to drill as they say, but it will also require cash! I’d like us to get Heron sorted once and for all before any further drilling whatsoever.
