Leew - something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. We are about to find out what the SP is and what the market/investors are willing to pay. I hope you are right and this inexplicably bounces to 5p on this news.

As just said, we’re about to find out if this statement is true. Sadly, I don’t think it is.

IV apparently always a bonus but can’t see how this stays about 1p today. They need amazing production numbers now.

Mani - I really don’t think Tommy is some paid super ramper! The SP has been around 7p for yonks now!

Sageman - I hope it comes good. I’ve had my fair share of disappointments so sympathise with LTHs here. Not long been here but would be over the moon with 5p+.

Mani - Synairgen will never get a raise away for working capital, absolutely no chance. If there’s a raise, it’ll be to fund a trial, which would be good. But as said previously, I’m firmly of the opinion we have funds available to cover the current plans for the P2’s. Beyond that, it’ll surely be a JV or taken off us entirely.

Sageman - pathetic response and completely missing the point. The point being that quite a few on here have said something along the lines of “we have £billions worth of oil, we can’t possibly go bust and this is a guaranteed win from here” when the reality is that you can have a great asset but it’s no guaranteed us PI’s will see the benefits of it.

There's a Tetrault McCarthy with 2.33%.

AM has 0.38% or 3,346,016.

This BB was already easily the worst I've encountered on LSE, and that's saying something in itself! Now mad "Max" has rocked up who is clearly an existing, bitter LTH poster here pretending to be someone else. Can it get worse?! Probably.

I think the word used was “formalities”. Even I fell for that one and said September. For which I was mercilessly shot down and stalked on other boards for suggesting!

I agree going to court right now is a nonsense. However, at what point do you say enough is enough? If, hypothetically, another bureaucratic hurdle was to mysteriously appear in say March, further delaying things, do we just continue to wait it out? You'd have to be concerned any delays beyond Q1 2024 would mean a cash raise likely unless, as SS has suggested, MB and co put pay on hold pending resolution to our predicament.

It's a sorry situation, but one I am just about still of the opinion it will come good, albeit my own target price is getting smaller by the day.

And if we hit the motherload at Molopo, would PJ be forgiven? 🤔
