The SP always tells a story (of what is really going on in the company). Its bumped along with the occasional blip of hope but overall, its a story of a long term decline in the SP and as FK says we now have an all time low.

In this case, too many cooks with their heads in the trough, and poor management with hyped up products and an inability to break into their target markets.

On the income yield alone - 6.6% - this is worth buying. Dividend certainly won’t be cut and is covered adequately

Yes, plus results which were plainly worse than expected with increased losses plus an unexpected placing (well I say unexpected, unexpected by most here) plus company debts trebled in a year. No problem they say. Mr Market sadly will not concur.

We’ve hit new all time highs in the SDI (Self Delusion Index) and BCBI (Bullish Confirmation Bias Index) today.

The Indices are expected to continue climbing during this weekend until about 7.55am on Monday morning.

I can understand your desire to play it all down. I get that. But be honest did you really think the results would be that poor? Did you think there was going to be another placing now after the May one? And another one in a few months? you know and I know the market is going to savage this on Monday.

My advice to anyone with an interest here is go straight to the Going concern section. The fundraising on Monday is fairly critical. The going concern section makes it clear that a failure to obtain the n3cessary funds will create a material uncertainty on the companies ability to continue to operate. Furthermore they say that if revenues, for whatever reason, do not grow at the rate they expect, this in turn will have a material impact on the companies future.

The bottom line is their costs and admin expenses are rising quickly - they require substantial additional funding NOW AND in the future months to get even close to b/e. Imho this announcement changes the whole perception of this companies future. In short, it’s badly managed and badly managed companies fail - even with a good product.

brainspark just cannot see that happening. This is a book build so the price is not cemented in. It requires favourable sentiment for them to get this away at 10p. I expect the SP to quickly fall under 10p on Monday as these results - overall - are a car crash. The market will punish this severely. The BS is a mess. They will require further funding in the coming months just for WC.

So I called this absolutely spot on.

And this placing is not for expansion - it’s literally to keep the lights on.

Huge operating loss to boot (increased from last year due to high litigation costs) means they were no where near the forecasted break even. Not even close. They’ll be lucky to get 10p.

After trading hours on a Friday afternoon of the final permissible day is just the total pits. Does it get any worse?! Which makes it all the more baffling the SP is picking up!

The SP is surprisingly perking up. Difficult to fathom this…..

The rules state:

An AIM company must also publish annual audited accounts and send these to shareholders without delay, and in any event no later than six months after the end of the financial year to which they relate. Companies which are late in publishing their accounts can have their shares suspended from trading on AIM by the LSE.

'no sign of a placing' sounds like an assumption as the company could not possibly comment on whether there will be one to an individual outside the company as that is highly price sensitive information. And just because he is 'normally offered stock' does not confirm anything either. Its a different ball game now.

Treat that comment by TW with extreme caution.

If they have aspirations for major future growth they would in theory attract bigger investors. And bigger investors will not tolerate this nonsense so they may as well buck up their ideas now.

But as I’ve previously stated there’s more to this and their focus has turned to sorting out the placing following the settlement.

There is a placing coming now. This is nothing to do with the results which will be good or even very good. Seen this pattern far too many times before on AIM. Yes, no doubt it will be positive in terms of being needed for global expansion etc etc but the key thing will be the price and the amount. If it’s a discounted price and big dilution down she goes.

I'm out for now until there is certainty on what is going on. Delay in results is NEVER good. Not saying the results themselves will be bad but something is amiss. Someone suggested a cash call - that could be it. Then if it is it will depend on the price how much the SP is walloped.

Prepared to get back in if/when the time is right.

Oh dear this is all very disappointing currently. The SP momentum that was built up has come screeching to a halt. Why oh why oh why was it necessary to discount the placing price so heavily - 40%. This is a good well run company its not a dodgy AIM set up so why did it have to devalue the company so much??

You must have known that as soon as you set the price at 6p that is exactly where the SP will end up?

I just HOPE that you are going to be able to strike a few good deals with the cash you now have because otherwise the SP will flounder. :(

They are decent results true but not unexpected by the market. Nothing else we didnt already know although the statement clarifying funding exploration from company resources is good.

Looks to me like shares fair value at current valuation but not yet a screaming buy as market will now wait on Salinbas which will take a while. Also Turkey background is negative although accept company operations unaffected.

I don't think anyone is going into headless chicken mode. Its just a reasonable expectation that results will be released in a timely fashion. So theres an issue here. AIM rules state the following:

Rule 19 - An AIM company must publish annual audited accounts which must be sent to its shareholders without delay and in any event not later than six months after the end of the financial year to which they relate

The company needs to buck its ideas up and get on this because it IS important.
