Vast number of what kind of antibody tests JohnHenry? And my second question for you is what type of antibody tests do you think will be necessary from a practical and logistical point of view to provide the solution the government requires?

The SP has not tanked despite the 'news' from the Daily Fail. If it were going to it would've done so by now. It has retraced slightly but seems (atm) to be holding solid support around the 60p mark, which if I recall was previously a resistance.

MM's are in control. Looks very much like we are back in the pattern between previous big RNS's where they were filling orders for II sellers, probably still L&G reweighting their portfolio allocation due to the huge rise in SP here. Plenty of retail demand still but not enough to keep us at par today hence the small fall back.

If an RNS hits tomorrow people who sold out cheap today are going to be kicking themselves.

I knew this was going to have a bit of a wobble at some point. It was just a matter of when and I think we've suffered a 'double whammy' today. We had the combination of the completely misleading DM article which was clearly designed to give the impression that the Roche test was THE solution. Which it is not. The article referred to 'disapppointments' over antibody testing over the past three weeks. 'Disappointments' coming from the same paper who only a week or so earlier had published a story about an antibody test breakthrough (OUR test).

So what they write is ****** because it is manipulated to put across a specific message at each stage.

Nothing has changed.

Then the other half of the double whammy was that we didn't get what many of us expected today which was an RNS to update the market on what the status of the two tests are. I am a little surprised there hasn't been a further update as we know ODX have been expanding their capacity and preparing for initial orders at Alva. Is that not information that should go out to the market?

Anyway now is more important than ever to understand and have a holistic view of the situation here and not just to look at headlines and think that gives you the true picture.

Remember that wall of worry we would climb that I referred to a week or so back? No SP goes up in a straight line.

Yes Block must confess I was a little surprised at no RNS this morning because there must be quite a bottleneck of news building up now. Colin King, I'm sure, must be absolutely up to his eyes in it all! Probably barely got enough hours in the day to write up all the news here.

But we will hear soon enough. Just another day nearer to the news we are waiting for.

Not just that though Shrewd, the Roche LAB BASED TEST could never be the ultimate solution. OK a v limited part of it but it is practically and logistically IMPOSSIBLE to test the whole population with a test that requires you to go to a hospital and have an invasive blood test. Have you ever gone to hospital and tried getting a blood test? Even in normal times the wait can sometimes be very lengthy! No, nice try starbuck and scharnhorst but if I were you I'd just be thankful for the opportunity provided this morning to get back in again. You may not get another chance like this.

Don't forget we actually closed @ 65p so we are a penny down - 1.5% - on such apparently terrible game over news ;)

Look back at this posters history. You only have to go back less than a page. So transparent. So very obvious. Up until last Tuesday it was super ramping this stock - and then poof nothing until a few days later when it starts banging on about lab tests, Roche, deramping etc

Very obvious it sold out last Tuesday 28th then realised by the end of week had f*cked up big time, missed out on rise from 30’s to 60’s so desperately wants back in but has a problem because has bought another stock as well.

Roche have this morning confirmed they do NOT have and will NOT have the rapid home test required as the central pillar of the UK governments five pillar strategy.
