10kj - I think to some extent you answered your own question. Scotland as part of the UK is a FAR safer jurisdiction than Mali (no argument). I don't know enough about HUMM but type of extraction, grades etc are clearly important as well - cost AISC etc etc

That said you may have a point about the gold pour because, despite the placing, I would've expected to the SP to start moving by now but it clearly doesnt want to!

DTM - it’s all about the grades and I am expecting excellent results that may surprise the market.

£7m MC is silly given POG and the gold they clearly have on their licences.

All this talk and fretting about warrants reminds me of GGP back when their shares were less than 1p. Holders worried about the same thing. The rest is history......

Kuro - as somebody else has already posted 1p is the nominal value of the shares. The warrants are issued at 2p. This represents dilution of around 3.7% which, let’s face it, is not considerable. And it’s not as if we didn’t know about it. Raises more cash for exploration which is required is it not? That’s the point.

Anyone who thinks the arrival of a vaccine is going to change that does not understand what is going on. This fall in gold is temporary. A blip in a secular bull market.

It’s a shame that we have this back drop against imminent drilling results. It would be better to have had a higher base, it looked like 3p was coming earlier but it is what it is.

Yes utterly stupid. But it hasn’t changed a thing. All the gold is still in the ground. POG is still historically at a high level and I expect this to be no more than a temporary hiccup in the bull run (albeit a fair sized hiccup ;))

When the JV lands people selling at 32 are going to be kicking themselves. Very hard.

I see an absolute minimum of 4.5/5p on semi decent results. If v good 6p

Yes the other tourism related commercial possibilities are very interesting indeed. Have the company ‘explored’ this possibility? (Pardon the pun)

AAZ have a thorough and intensive exploration programme lined up here. It won’t be too long before we start racking up the grades and resources here. I’m calling this to be the Star micro goldie of 2021 in what I believe will be an absolutely stellar year for the sector.

Huge HUGE upside potential here. Off the scale really when you consider that this is not simply about straightforward exploration this is ultimately about mine development. CGNR have a FREE CARRY all the way to mine ready status.

Mine ready status means all the plans drawn up, environmental approvals, PFS, BFS ETC. There is a lot of capital used to reach that stage but CGNR will not have to pay a penny yet still have 45% of the project at that point. Think about it.

Banana - the increase/growth in valuation will be incremental. Imo the market is pricing absolutely nothing in for the JV with the associated financial derisking it brings with it. AAZ providing a multi million investment in exploration = a free carry for CGNR. I can’t think of another micro gold explorer on AIM that can boast multi million oz potential along with no requirement for funding. Just take advantage of it before the inevitable arrival of the herd.

Thing is greendave even at 50p this is still only valued at a minuscule £15m. Crazy but you watch it change over the next few weeks plus we have the additional tailwind of a rising POG.

Can't believe this is so overlooked. This company is on the cusp of effectively becoming a junior explorer/mine developer through the imminent AAZ JV which is a FREE CARRY for CGNR bringing with it an expansive exploration program in a proven Gold district. Over 9m ozs targeted. In a safe jurisdiction. Aready have proven resources of 517,000 ozs and all for just £10.5m valuation.

IMHO absolutely bonkers crazy low valuation. We'll see who's right, the market or me.. ;)
