Hi Bluemoon71 thanks for the post. There’s a lot that wont touch Russian Oil. Thoughts are that they will run out of floating storage & yes re MM’s it’s business as usual & PI’s are the prey. Russian Oil is 10% of world supply, 11mbpd. Without is Oil is forecast to rise an additional 10%. Good buying opportunity.

This is traded by the Industry & PI’s. PI participation as with most UK listed stocks is extremely low compared to other countries. Was many PI’s buying today, sadly not. By comparison US listed Oil stocks are achieving daily 12 Month new highs. Providing Oil remains at these elevated levels, Tullow should rise in due course.

Now up over 8%, UK listed Oil stocks are a buyers dream, handed on a plate.

Now well established above $100. WTI $102.66 + 6.97 + 7.28%. Brent $104.77 + 6.72 + 6.85%. Some forecasts are for $105 / $110. Note Oil too high will not be a good thing, as it will contribute to a world recession.

Business as usual. Good to see the stock being managed as expected.

This should be surpassed over the next few days as the Day-Traders get squeezed in an Ascending-Triangle. Folk like Mr 50k block trader.

Hi BumBum, based on Fridays FT250 Index, there are 30 constituents with market caps below Tullow’s, so this may re enter by default.

WTI moving towards $100, currently $98.91 + 6.82 + 7.31%, Brent currently $104.22. It’s said that the World economy can cope with Oil at $120 but $150 will cause demand destruction. Some are forecasting $150 next year. Good to see Tullow being suppressed for buyers.

‘What will be the sp, when oil will retract below $80 ?’
Some Industry participants think Brent might retrace by up to 25%. So possibly back to a 40p+ trading range for TLW. The Industry loves a nice safe Side-Channel, to conduct business at. Or to use the jargon, an Orderly Market.

There is a whisper of a possible Iran deal, which could take up to $10 off Brent. Might be the reason for Oil’s woes.

Hi Tatt, I’ll answer your question with some questions. Firstly will Hur have enough cash to repay the Bond Holders in July ? Second is the current Price-Action buying or selling ? Might there not be a pending RNS stating that someone is accumulating, because that’s not the case.

Even with yesterdays pullback, the 50 day M/A at 49.95 has almost met the 200 at 50p. This should signal a steady rise to come, but of cause no guarantees

Fair point JMAX, that’s thanks to the guy sitting on the Prop-Desk managing the SP. That we are all trying to trade against. He / She knows the entry values & collective position value of all PI’s, trying to trade the stock. And the point at which We can be knocked out. None of this occurs by random or has much to do with Tullow or Oil.
