Mugginsthedog I invested in "Skin" partially due to GB being in post. Not because of his management style (twitter etc) but because he has a proven track record in turning around and building companies. He is doing it again with Skin etal and will do it with MWG . I am confident my modest investment will show a good return, if I was not I would sell up and move on.

Outstanding warrents and options are all shown in the MWG offer document. Appendix 2 sections (iv) and (v). This will have changed in subsequent time period.

Does make you wonder why they were unhappy with the accounts and who was unhappy! Something to with change in accounting policy or capitalisation policy possible, people get very tetchy about any change!

PYUECK I have similar concerns re remaining UK assets and future profitability and subsequent
SP valuation. For me its all about the climate change agenda for the UK bus division and what incentives and support the UK govt will provide in terms of passenger revenues and capital investment in vehicles. The strategy for returning shareholder value with cash generated from US asset sales needs to be clearly laid out. It needs to include debt repayment, provisions, shareholder return ( special dividend and/or share buy back) and any capital investment plans in remaining road business in particular. Sure all will become clear soon! I am still of the view II's will reign in any ambitious expansionist plans!

Upomega agree. Was pleased to see US is supporting WHO again as their budgetary contribution is not insignificant! Good for CD4 21/22.

We do not know revenue for second half. Allergy development should not impact sales although covid will. The impairment charge is non cash. Before you can sell a product you have to make it and need capacity to do so. Agree sales would be great but we are not at that stage yet. Think we may get surprised by Elisa test. Yes there is a risk nothing covid related may happen, I personally invest on the basis of a companies future value not the current. You pay your money and make your choice.

RB40 agree re water monitoring real time will be a first as far as I know. NCYT have done very well, they were early with their product and have reaped the benefit in terms of sales and profits. DV offering is a new generation of test ( screening tool) that if accurate ( very likely) will do very well. We need to wait and see, not long now.
