Upomega children are being recuited for vaccine trials, AZN I think. Young fit people 18+ are being recruited for a trial to establish viral load levels to cause infection. They will be infected with Covid of varying amounts.

Cross listing(dual listing), added cost is the main downside. Could be worthwhile in a year or so, but think its to early at present. There could be issues for existing shareholders if they hold in UK ISA as I think there are rules around this. Does anybody know?

Mikodx the problem with this strategy is it increases the chances of a variant developing that makes vaccine less effective or ineffective. That's the risk and until they can be sure variants do not circumvent vaccine we will have restrictions of some sort ans a lot of testing.

You know very well it takes time to integrate a company and as I said it will be the H1 results where we should see the benefits starting to impact in terms of revenues and costs for the MWG division.

Mugginsthedog good question, imv the DVRG sp would be lower. Having said that it will be H1 results, before we start to see verification in terms of sales and costs and if the benefits are being realised.

The DVRG strategy of identifying failing companies with good tech that provide synergies and opportunities for DVRG has not changed. The size of the cake is growing (revenues) at pace. All good for me, it's the size of the cake that matters!

Net debt figure excluding leases is circa £800m. You really need to add back the ring fenced cash so I make it circa £1.5bn net debt. Still leaves a significant amount for shareholder distribution imv.

Yes the future is bright and when orders received the Sp will stabalise. In the interim this is a short term traders share as they move in and out on dips and peaks. To illustrate this point in the last 10 months circa 1.3 bn shares have been traded according to stats on ODX yahoo ( subject my counting error!) This means that the total 180m Odx shares in issue have been traded (bought and slod) 3 times over! Once we get orders, a rerate will occur based on anticipated revenues and profits and volatility will reduce. Sooner the better imv!

You can clearly see MWG revenues were in trouble before GB appointed. Down over a million in 2019. First half 2020 trend continues downward and GB appointed in this period. Second half 2020 revenues start to improve again and that was just over 4 months only. Slightly different presentation to yours and I am happy to be corrected. All from MWG Sept interims and the last DV update!

You cannot fake numbers in your accounts its illegal and to suggest such a thing could be deemed as libellous.

My understanding of the DVRG strategy is to take companies with proven good tech that previous management have not been able to commercialise effectively in the past. DVRG then maximises opportunties and synergies to create more wealth. The question people should be asking is if DVRG did not take on these companies where would they be in a year or so time?

@ Twatcher you need to re read my origional post and tell me what misinformation l have said, if possible without taking selective quotes as you seem to do on a regular basis!
