SNG did have a massive rise in SP that was in July. Percieved Covid shares were very frothy then not now though, so anyone expecting a similar rise in ODX are likely to be disappointed. ODX SP will be driven by orders and profits in the coming years as it should be. In the coming months it will become clear what level of orders we will receive and subsequent SP will reflect that, in the meantime we are back into day trader territory! There maybe more traditional covid recovery stocks that offer greater opportunities for those who wish short term trades but I for one will stick to ODX as very happy with progress made to date.

There is no reason why governments should provide subsidies on profitable routes. It is the unprofitable routes that are likely to receive direct subsidies. The franchise/partnership are likely to provide funds to support routes that are in the public interest to maintain. The government wants to encourage bus usage and there will be a lot of initiatives to encourage usage, for example free bus travel in Scotland is being extended for all those under 22. It's all about transporting people in a green, comfortable and efficient way, that is where the opportunities are for FGP in the future.

The covid funding for bus companies was open ended at £27.3m a month (Aug RNS) Not sure anything has changed since, without these subsidies and furlough there would be very few bus services operating in the UK at present. In future a larger proportion of subsidies and grants will form part of the FGP revenues than pre covid. This provides FGP opportunities for new markets and services !

Being vaccinated does not mean you cannot contract the virus. It may reduce ability to transmit virus, level as yet unknown. Testing for covid as an infectious disease will be required for many years. Let's hope no significant mutations as we will end up back at square one!

The indication that the BT meets the UK governments TTP is good. The numbers required for submission to PortonDown/ PHE for approval is being done. If the BT gains approval it can be included in the Government's DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) which becomes operational at the beginning of April. Even a small share of the DPS budget for testing would be transformational for DVRG. I have said before the review papers due 12/4 for events and travel will illustrate the level if testing required in coming year. DVRG are well placed to exploit opportunities coming.

Half of them are doing what they have been doing pre covid working on existing product's. The new ones will have required induction and training in making LFT's which all takes time. They will not twiddling their thumbs.

Usually other parts of UK get funding as a result of consequentials. First bus operates in many parts of England currently and is one of the largest local bus service providers in the UK. We will see how much of this funding makes it's way to FGP but expect significant support in terms of route subsidies and capital investment in green buses. Bodes well for FGP longer term post US asset sales.

Certainly agree MNZS will recover and that they are doing the right things re margins and actively gaining new business. I think the Sp recovering to pre Covid levels may take a while but happy if I am wrong.

@Ian.B apologies I meant to say Lakestreet not Lakeside! The reason I am confused that this is not a new holder is the bottom bit of the RNS about the concert party dissolving. I maybe misunderstanding this and it would not be the first time!

Not sure a new fund did buy in. It looks like a concert party dissolved and stateside kept their holding with the rest selling is how I read it, maybe wrong. MNZS were not optimistic in when activity will return to pre covid levels so I am still holding fire before adding, if it takes off beforehand so be it, still have my modest core holding.

@Pandy2 you have been asking the same questions for a while now. Research will tell you the answer. Nothing is certain but you pays your money and make your choice!

Yes the terms & conditions when you book a cruise will be a must read. I would think it would be the individual that quarantines rather than the ship. I am sure the industry is agreeing protocols for dealing with all eventualities to protect their passengers and staff against risk of infection.

@NoQuestionMarks started buying 2014 first 1,000 was about £1.80 if i recall! Average now low to mid 50's so under water but happy. The oil side of business has been impacted by oil price events over last few years but think we will see positives in the coming year or so. Expect PMG to be cash positive in update but that depends on development spend in last 6 months or so. At current SP very little downside imv with plenty of upside in coming years. I like PMG's cautious approach with minimal debt, whilst it can be frustrating, it does protect our investment and I like that being a cautious investor these days!

@ NoQuestionMarks You may have let your heart rule your head when you invested in PMG but I think most who invested in PMG did so based on rational thinking!

For me sentiment of shareholders is short term thing applicable to those seeking a quick(ish) trade. Over several years it's the delivery of strategy and subsequent revenues that matter for a sustained SP increase. I am sure we will get an update on the progress of the various business units and products under the DVRG umbrella. We will see what happens but, for me, it's not the end of the world if it dips temporarily! It is exciting times though!

What is crazy is the current SP as current cash, farm assets and gas revenues are not fully reflected in the SP. The longer term SP valuation depends on which of the proposed projects come to fruition in the coming years and when. If the oil price level is sustainable then the oil projects are much more likely to progress with subsequent impact on SP.

When you look at where MWG was a year ago and where they are now is impressive. The synergies and added value that DVRG team identify is inspired. What I love is the way that collaboration and partnership takes good tech, that cost millions to develop and uses it for the creation of new products and services. I would be very surprised if the revenue targets are not exceeded, by some way, in 2021.
