Certainly agree it will be sometime before UK bus passenger numbers will take time to recover to pre covid levels, if ever. That does not mean the demise of bus services as it's all down to subsidy. In order to support the climate change agenda the government will need to continue subsidies for many years. Failure to do so will impact the governments ability to achieve CC emmissions targets. I would be surprised if the fulough scheme is not extended for specific sectors, including public transport. Re debt, there should be a suplus of cash after this is paid off (excluding leases). The majority of leases are rail related from what I can work out. There are risks for bus service providers however think most can be mitigated.

The reviews announced yesterday re travel, big events and digital access, will be very interested to see what they recommend. It will involve testing that's for sure.

The fund raise allowed for increase in working capital however agree that may not be enough. I think surescreen were given advance payments for materials in their contract so something similar maybe happening with ODX.

@Jadam yes market will decide, various factors will come into play, non covid revenues for CD4 and food detective which should start to get traction in 21/22 plus allergy business should recover. These revenues will form the base, plus any developments that become visible in the next year or so. Re covid revenues nobody as yet knows what the legacy volumes will be in years to come, there will be some, how much is the question. Finally I do expect a dividend policy to be announced at some point in next 6 months, all these factors will impact the PE moving forward.

@Jadam thanks my memory failing me ( again! ). For every £25m profit by my calculations is circa 100p SP at 7.5 PE. What the actual will be next year will depend on volumes and profitability as many have said. Hopefully we will get a clearer idea soon, I remain positive and think we could double that but time will tell.

There is never a good time for directors to sell in the eyes of some! Interesting that people do not like it, yet PI's sell everyday when it suits them! We all have choices! Personally have no issue with this director selling, he stood up when required during a challenging period for ODX.
