This will depend on what the level of surplus cash will be, after debt and provisions have been provided for. Time will tell.

With at least 2 interested parties we may get a higher valuation, £2.8 bn would be roughly the same as the Nbv. Not sure I agree the net debt position is £3.1 bn unless it includes leases. I am still of the view there will be some return to shareholders. What the value will be after the debt is paid and some form of shareholder distribution is another matter!

Testing and other measures will be with us for many years by the looks of it. Was listening to a discussion this morning re variants and how best to control them. Basically unless you suppress the virus then there is a risk it could mutate into something that bypasses the vaccine (not a problem currently, l would add) and we could end up back at square one in few years time. Hopefully will not happen but reiterates that testing will be prevalent for many years to come.
