PYUECK yes understand goodwill likely reason. Always treat suspiciously large profits on asset sales, but agree if they use the cost model for fixed asset valuation perfectly legit. No wonder the equity guys were keen on asset disinvestment! It does make you wonder what the real value of their property assets in particular are not just in US!

£70m+ profit on asset sales is very good but it does beg the question re the £125m write down of greyhound assets last year and was it appropriate! Anyway bodes well for a profitable year. Surprised SP not reacted better. Hopefully more good news to follow.

DubleD not sure you can assume that yet, I still remain positive we have right products and will be profitable in coming years. However a nice order would soothe nerves of some!

300p would require sustainable EBITDA of £50m+ p.a. at a P/E ratio of 10 for year 2021/22. For a P/E of 5 SP would be £1.50. When orders start flowing we will get a feel for what is achievable re SP.

Dr_Kaboom we have seen a bit of an uplift in share trading in the last month or so. Always good to see some interest in TST as I do feel it's undervalued by some way. Whether someone is building a position, quite possibly, we will find out soon enough if they breach notification level assuming they playing by rules! I can see why there may be interest, as it is likely to generate good profits in the coming years, Most of the hard work and cost of refocussing the business has been done! At current level very cheap and hopefully a divi payment next year, so couldG provide a good return both income and capital growth over medium term so could be attractive to II's .

Agree £10m achievable target, if somewhat modest. There is an issue re master agreements in that they may not have orders attached and therefore headline value. The way round this is to issue quarterly revenue updates imv but happy to be shot down. Re profitability, DV are aiming for growth, so would be happy with B/E or small loss providing it's clear there are underlying profits in each of the business units and any losses are as a consequence of investment in new/existing infrastructure and products and services. Very happy with my modest investment in DV and the progress to date (remarkable really in the timeframe the added value being created) and looking forward to a good new year.

I await with patience further orders for the RTC product and orders for the antigen tests that will come. Then perhaps we will get a sp that reflects the value of ODX fully. Until then we will have to put up a bit if volatility. Nothing has changed re strategy and I have more trust in what CK says than most posters on here! For potential investors read the RNS's and watch presentations to see future.

Dr_Kaboom not sure I share your optimism as they forecast a weaker second half, due to sales lead lag time. On the positive side they maintained their order book in H1, a significant proportion of customers in essential category and they have an increasing recurring revenue model which protects revenue to some extent. Breakeven full year would be good result for me but you never know they may pull something out of the hat. Think it will be 2021 before we really start reaping the rewards of the changes made in last few years.

It maybe that some had expectations double digit shipping tests by end of year(Dec) however those who have read RNS and watched presentations should not have expected that as ODX have always said sales in 20/21 will be modest. Expectations are not the same as neither ODX or Mologic gave stated. Mologic have never said their antigen Lft would be ready by Oct, to my knowledge. Elisa test yes. There is a difference between expectation and fact put out by some!

Yes but do not think directly employed. I got a bit confused previously re this as Odx had a presence there a few years back but not sure what the relationship is now. It can only be good though it's a tough market.

Not sure what sales value will be. India is a key market for me, albeit very competitive, think we will get orders due to Azn vaccine being favoured there. Reuters said on Tuesday they were expecting news re Azn vaccine very soon. 400m doses being produced by Azn partner there under licence. It's still all guesswork at present but we are getting closer to sales coming through by the day.

Think it probably is, it has to be adminstered by a professional so would not think Joe Public can buy direct.

They CE the Elisa test pretty sharpish in April after the MTA agreed (1 week). They are used to doing it so cannot see that taking very long.
