Well it can get worse should the FDA not approve the Phase 3 trial .
Anyway one way or the other we shall know our fate soon so all the best to everyone particularly those of us who have been here for what seems like forever.

Of course there will be selling if the FDA approves the Phase 3 but then some big players will take a 2 year view on success of a € Billion drug .
Their buys will swamp the PI sellers imho.
If you are a fund manager whether in the UK or the US an investment in Immupharma of a couple of million is not a problem and don't rule out the big US backers of Alora , a $billion private company, moving in.

I have respected your views going back 6/7 years and your contrarian posts are appreciated as it gives balance to our discussions here on the board.
It is important newbies understand they could lose all their money if the FDA doesn't approve the Phase 3 .
Forget about the newbies I will lose £400k if the decision goes against us but I am a stubborn old man who has been in the markets for over 45 years and never sold even when things were bleak.
Anyway I have a breakeven of 15p on 2.75 m shares after participating in the broker option.
So duck or no dinner in 2 weeks time.
At least you can sleep well with no shares.

What you will not accept is the FDA approval for a new Phase 3 trial is good news for Immupharma investors and will lead to a higher SP.
Is that not better than the liquidation we faced before Alora came on board and Uncle Tim got rid of the useless former managers.

We are not stupid and we know how long a Phase 3 takes but better raising funds as the decision nears and a rest of the world deal done with another Pharma than losing all our money.

You are quite correct ..up to a point
Let's say Phase 3 moves ahead not funded by Immupharma this time but by Alora who will do so for $25m with no funds coming from Immupharma shareholders like the last time,then speculation even on a fully diluted SP could drive the SP to 25p plus or a market cap of say £100m.
If Lupuzor successfully goes through Phase 3 the potential royalties and other income of say for the US plus rest of the world of c$100/150 m would give a valuation of close to a $1 billion plus for Immupharma.

but Chairman Tim thinks it will be a success and obviously Alora and Art Deas does too.
You pays your money and takes your chances.
I don't know why you are so engaged having been correctly a bear on the share for so long with no skin in the game.

Final point as I finish my Guinness..would you rather have 5% of a company worth £5m or 2% of a company worth £100m having been diluted by 60%.£.250,000 or £2m .

The investors got the warrants by investing money in the company which they could lose every penny and their warrants will be worthless together with their original investments.
Stop moaning..this is what happens in an AIM high risk investment that without Alora would be in liquidation a long time ago.
Management has chucked in a fair few bob so let's be positive.
I would be more than happy if the SP bumped up to 15p after a positive FDA decision because zero is not worth thinking about.

They are also risking all their money within a couple of weeks including Alora if Lupuzor is denied a Phase 3 trial.

If the FDA approves the Phase 3 trial then little Immupharma will have a fully funded trial and a free ride on the back of the Alora/ Avion $25M commitment and able to negotiate the Rest of World deals for Lupuzor plus its other peptide drugs.
What more could you want from an AIM minnow with a market cap of c£16 m.
If it had to fund the trial itself I would deeply concerned about dilution but it doesn't.
Alora chucked in £ 1.2 m at 11p so it is confident.

We all know about possible further dilution from warrants, Lanstead share issues and out of the money options but that is to come.
Ultimately the investment case in respect of Immupharma will all be about valuation and market cap.
If Lupuzor is approved then the valuation will be based on future royalties and milestone payments
If such income streams are €100 m per annum plus,dilution will not be a factor.
If Lupuzor fails who gives a monkeys about dilution.

The RNS last Thursday which must be approved by the company's Nomad and is vital stock exchange requirement clearly states that following the Broker Option the issued share capital of the company is 325,800,000 odd and this is the figure that investors must rely on in the event they have a declarable interest.

Purely arose from the reduction in the nominal price of the shares from 10p to 1p to accord with the Companies Acts requirements regarding issuing shares at a price below the nominal price .
The deferred shares have nil rights or value

If Puretech sells its remaining stake in Karuna it will have surplus cash over and above it's current cash resources of c-$435m of some $ 375M for possible distribution to shareholders..this is a staggering amount in the context of its current market cap...
Puretech is very vulnerable to a bid if Zohar doesn't react quickly and that is why the upcoming Interims could be very exciting imho

I am also waiting on the flotation of Akili via a SPAC shortly now that market conditions have improved with an expected valuation of $1 billion
suggesting a diluted value of c $ 100m for Puretech plus royalties etc.

No value now being attributed to Vedanta, Akili, Entrega, Sonde, Follica, Gelesis or Puretech's own exciting range of drug therapies.
Vedanta alone could be valued at $1/1.5 billion and Puretech has a 47% stake plus royalties et al.
Very interesting Interims coming up in 2 weeks and I expect Zohar to give the market a very positive update leading to a significant upgrade in the share price imho
