Taking profits??
Last Wednesday the SP was 6p it is now 6.4p...some jump!!
Most trades were buys on Monday and yesterday with large volumes.
Today it is subdued and market makers are dropping prices .
So no huge profit taking in reality imho.

The FDA is a strange bureaucratic organisation run by civil servants so you never know.
However Alora Pharma has developed a good relationship with the FDA over the years and has influence being a $billion dollar US pharma with connections and track record unlike Immupharma
and it's small albeit respected ancillary operation in France with Professor Muller.
We shall see.

I don't mind Cassandras but Nolupus is relentless in his housemaster portents of doom with no skin in the game...he is wishing next week is a disaster for investors here so he can smugly say he was right....let's hope he is wrong.
Strange chap but everyone entitled to their opinion imho.

If the volume of shares traded continues at the levels of today c8m shares added to the c9 m traded over the past week or dare I say increase as we approach D-Day we could see nearly 40/50 m shares traded by close on Friday which is very significant imho suggesting some perhaps US buying at work.
Big interest in the closing SP on Friday as it will set a benchmark for Tuesday....be it a rise or fall.

I wonder if friends of Alora in the US are taking positions ahead of the FDA decision through investing in Immupharma and perhaps they have a higher degree of confidence than many in the UK.
Volumes are high and we are in for a very interesting few days imho

It is a game but you have do your research and stay the course...if it fails then you were wrong but thats life

I have filtered Nolupus after c5 years of listening to the same drivel.
What he fails to understand is that we all know things have changed since the first badly constructed Phase 3 which Immupharma did on a shoestring but still produced positive results in the biomarker relevant cohort which is now the total focus of the new Phase 3 trial...remember 60% of all Lupus sufferers display these biomarkers.
So certainly reasons for optimism not only on the FDA approval for the Phase 3 trial but ultimately for a successful result.
None of us here are looking for the SP to go to 175p like before because of the the dilution but 15/20 p after the FDA approval next week is not beyond the bounds of possibility given that Alora is paying $25m to fund the trial.

The only things that are certain in life are death and taxes .
As a very longterm and large holder in Immupharma I am always nervous before a major
crossroad as disappointment has been a constant companion over the years in this investment.
We will be delighted if we get good news from the FDA but finger nails will be bitten until we do so.

You could be right but we have to get rid of loose holders at 5p before we move higher.
It all depends on the influx of big investors willing to stay longer term .
I think if the FDA approves then these big punters will take out the short term investors very quickly but all conjecture at the moment.
Nervous times ahead next week but fingers crossed.

I agree we may not get the initial uplift in the SP if the FDA approves the Phase 3 but Immupharma will be a great position going forward and may progress through partners the development of its other peptide drugs and do a deal on the rest of the world Lupuzor rights.
Immupharma will not develop or progress the other therapies on its own , it will never have sufficient resources so it will do an Alora type deal imho.
Or even more likely agree a sale to a larger Pharma for the whole shop...maybe Alora but plenty of players may be interested.
All depends on the FDA next week

Fair point but remember Angle went to a market cap of c£400m on the announcement and now stands at c£200m.
Immupharma has a market cap of £17m and Alora/ Avion will pay for the Phase 3 trial amounting to $25m .
We should be sceptical particularly those of us who have been here for so long but fingers crossed.

Indeed they may sell into a rise but they have to put in c£4m between them in cash before they do.
Again I repeat these options plus warrants as well as their initial investment in the company will be worthless if the FDA says no
Any scenario is better than a negative decision from the FDA.

Nolupus is king and right all the time because he never invested in the company but trolls this share all the time..90% of his posts on LSE on IMMUPHARMA.
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS CRAZY GUY AND I have FILTERED HIM...4 AND A HALF years....more than I can take

I have been on LSE for 11 years and Immupharma for 8 years so it is just an old man's memory playing tricks on him as to how long fellow posters have been around in Immupharma.

I have commended Nolupus in the past for his cautionary views and all these boards need a balance between bulls and bears.
The only question I am asking is why does he bother posting for 8 years when he never bought a share ...it just seems somewhat bizarre but each to their own .
I know Immupharma has been a disaster but surprisingly some of us have a chance to get out and maybe breakeven or better which may not mean a disaster after all ..in my case at least.

Agreed some IIs could offload as well .
SCP could sell too but its shares are negligible in the greater scheme of things.
SCP risk losing its fees if the FDA says no.
As for your comments about GENUINE posters ..ie those who are shareholders I wonder are you genuine and hold shares in Immupharma.
From your negative and cautionary postings going back 8 years I very much doubt it imho.

Finally the market appears to be wakening up to Puretech's outrageous undervaluation with SP now gone through 250p up from its low of 142p a month or so ago.

Absolutely a pure binary investment now
with the FDA decision looming large.
If positive then SP will jump...by how much nobody can say but definitely some existing private investors will exit at levels near 10p but I suspect some larger players including maybe some close to Alora Pharma may take significant positions.
Also I would not rule out a bid for Immupharma in the months following a positive FDA decision.
Big Pharma is always on the lookout for potential blockbusters in Phase 3 trials.
However as you say a negative outcome from the FDA means a total wipeout for all shareholders.
A classic AIM nail-biting scenario and not for the faint hearted.
