Well, Lambo was right about the cash shortage.
It is now all about the FDA decision and Uncle Tim is chucking in another £60,000
so he must be very confident.
Lanstead is set to clean up here for no real risk if FDA gives the go-ahead.

I agree..£2 is proving a stumbling block to break through.
If we can get past it we could see a push to £2.50 very quickly and higher on good newsflow imho

If Immupharma need bridging funds for a few months until FDA decision then maybe Alora may
assist.
There is no way anyone will subscribe for shares where the risk of losing all their money in a matter of weeks is so high.
Everything changes after the FDA decision so a small short term cash injection by Alora for example is the only option ...so time is of the essence and maybe Immupharma has enough funds to see it through to the decision.

It is a classic chicken and egg situation...should the FDA approve the Phase 3 Lupuzor trial then there will be no problem raising funds and indeed the SP may shoot up to above 11p bringing the warrants exercise into play and possibly raising c £7m from this source alone.
If the FDA declines to approve then it will be near
impossible to raise funds at any price...that is why Immupharma is on a knife edge now and as the Bard might say..it is the knell that summons thee to heaven or to hell.
Finally I note that any minor rally is being sold into at the moment and I hope it is not our old friend Lanstead playing games again.

I mentioned 20p as a possible opportunistic buyout price by Alora but I would be more than happy with 37p....in fact I would be very rich but life has thought me some hard lessons and one is don't rely on brokers valuations.
I do agree that the FDA approval of a new Phase 3 for Lupuzor will be be transformational for the company and the SP so fingers crossed for all investors here.

Akili to float soon and maybe Vedanta later this year and plenty more positive newsflow to come so only one way this share is going and that's up imho

The unnamed private investor who chucked in £150,000 in the recent placing may go again at 11p
as he /she appears bullish on the prospects.

A key consideration is if the company can continue without a fund raise until the FDA decision and the SP moves beyond 11p as a result of a successful outcome then Immupharma has the potential exercise of c65m
Warrants at a strike price of 11p rising over £7m from the recent placees including Alora Pharma .
So I feel that if Immupharma needs short term funds it may go for a small private placing
It will be difficult to get a larger fund raise away in these markets prior to the FDA decision.

I was decided by some here a number of months ago when I suggested the Alora Pharma Group which includes Avion and Acella might bid for Immupharma but after its recent participation in the placing at 11p
I feel Alora / Avion will make a bid if the FDA approves the new Phase 3 trial in the next few months.
Immupharma and its shareholders would imho welcome this as Immupharma needs a strong financial owner to drive the business forward.
The key question is at what price any offer will tabled
but somewhere around 20p may be acceptable but everything is predicated on a successful FDA decision.
Just my personal views.

I don't think they do a placing at less than 11p particularly as we are on the cusp of significant and transformational news.
Don't rule out Avion taking another dollop at c 11p

Fully agree but the approval by the FDA will change the investment case and set a floor ( hopefully mid teens) for the duration of the trial.
Also it could accelerate the discussions with potential rest of world partners for Lupuzor which could push the SP higher again if successful.

There were always going to concentrate the new Phase 3 trial on the anti-ds DNA antibody positive cohort which showed very good results in the 1st Phase 3 ..Lupus sufferers with this biomark represent
around 60% of total.
With the enhanced P140 Lupuzor formulation the chances of a successful trial result in the biomark positive cohort which will comprise 100% of the test population, are excellent imho.
We now await the FDA for a possible groundbreaking decision for the investors in IMMU.

It has been a long wait ..8 years in my case but stubbornly I kept holding .
Hopefully we will get our reward.
By the way the "new"shares to be listed replace exactly the current shares in issue ...the only change is the nominal value to accord with Companies Act...ie share price of issued shares cannot be below authorised nominal price....purely a regulatory adjustment and will not influence SP on Monday imho.

Big unwind by short term traders following Monday's
RNS when SP hit 7p briefly.
The realisation that we have another 2 months to wait before the fateful and pivotal FDA Phase 3 decision has driven the short-termers to the sidelines but they will be back in a couple of weeks.

The change in the denomination of the authorised share capital is a pure Companies Act requirement following the consistent trading of the issued shares at a price below the nominal price .. ie 6p v 10p.
To accord with the Companies Act the company has now replaced the c285 m 10p nominal shares with c285 million 1p nominal shares which will come into effect next Monday ...each shareholder will effectively now have 1p nominal shares rather than 10p nominal shares.
There should be no change in the SP on Monday following the change nor does it mean an immediate funding raising imho.
I feel they will not issue under the 11p Placing price and are awaiting the FDA decision before raising more funds.
