FDA so busy on new Omnicron variants vaccine approvals in past week..
Maybe now ready to opine on a possible Lupus therapy..hopefully in the coming days.

The only caveat is that Immupharma clearly stated in its RNS that the agreed date for a written response from the FDA was the 29th August NOT around the 29th August so they cannot blame shareholders for assuming that yesterday was a firm and agreed date for the FDA to reply.

That clarifies matters to some extent.
We will have to be patient as always in matters relating to Immupharma .
Hopefully good news to follow this week.

Either the FDA made a decision yesterday or it didn't......the company must update investors of what happened yesterday.

Good two way trading at the moment with around 1.2 million shares traded so far.
So it looks like no suspicious trades going through
and no leaks as yet.
SP slightly down but no panic...strangely calm.

Very possible that Avion may announce FDA decision today as it will be in the public arena but more likely we will hear tomorrow morning .
However don't rule out a leak somewhere as it is not price sensitive with the UK market closed today and a RNS will issue tomorrow at c7 am.
The RNS MUST be issued before the market opens tomorrow if news of the FDA is out in the US today otherwise we could have a serious market regulatory problem given some parties may have major market sensitive information during market trading hours.

Remember one of the most recent FDA approvals for a major drug therapy from Avion was last November.
A drug to treat Parkinson Disease called DHIVY
received approval and came on the market in February 2022 ...another prime example of Alora/Avion ability to navigate the FDA successfully.
I have no doubt Alora will do the same with Lupuzor IF we get the go-ahead today.

I agree with your analysis.
Just one amendment..Alora Pharma, the parent company of Avion and Acella, made the investment in Immupharma at 11p.
Alora is a major private Pharma based in Georgia,
USA and bought the legacy businesses and a manufacturing facility from Osmotica last Year for $110m cash plus $60m milestone payments.
The Alora group has a wide range of branded and generic drugs in its portfolio and is valued north of $1b.
It has extensive knowledge of working with the FDA over the years and has successfully obtained
FDA approval for a number of its drug therapies.
The involvement of the Alora group headed up by Art Deas is what gives me greater confidence in a positive outcome next Monday.

If the FDA approves the Phase 3 on Monday we may not see a surge in the SP but our investment in Immupharma will be secure for the duration of the trial and the expectancy of further newsflow
A negative result will wipe us all out
I will be happy if there is a small uplift in the SP on Tuesday as I am sure big players will get very interested in Immupharma as time progresses.

No leaks from the FDA ,I can assure you ,as it is a Federal crime in the US and likely imprisonment for a Federal employee who leaks market sensitive information.
It will not matter if Alora/Immupharma know the result on Monday as UK stock market is closed and RNS will be issued at c7pm on Tuesday before opening.
Tomorrow will be an interesting day to see if punters will take last minute positions.

As D-Day approaches some investors are naturally getting a little nervous and cutting their risk which seems strange giving the relatively low SP of 6p.
Obviously if we get a shocker on Tuesday it will prove decidedly prescient but everyone has their own investment risk profile and should be respected.
I am holding and after 8 years here , I hope the longterm and long suffering shareholders are duly rewarded for their patience ( or stubborn blind faith).

I know what he meant but why bother taking up placing at 5p, as I did ,just to flip for 6/6.5p particularly as the most important development in Immupharma's recent history is about to unfold within days.
I know a profit is a profit and best of luck to them if they did flip but I don't think there were many imho.
