Market reaction a bit weird so far but then it is IMMU !

The comments of the top man in the Alora Pharma Group Art Deas are the most salient and interesting
saying Lupuzor will be the biggest product in company ...very affirmative statement after meeting the FDA in Alora's HQ in Georgia .

I hope we get some positive news soon..8 years is a long time for an increasingly ageing investor like me
to still be hanging on but you never know.
Surely the FDA will say yes or no in the next few weeks
or are they working from their beds!

Maybe Invesco has completed its destructive selling and is now below 20%
We will soon find out if the mini rally gathers legs.

Major trades after hours on Friday including UT amounting to over 5.5m shares dealt the majority at c147p.
Is this the last of Invesco's selling to get below 20% and did the buyback take some of the sales...we will find out on Monday.

Well someone jumped in on the dip with a 374,000 buy...Nice to see with the FDA news looming.
It has been a long wait but I feel we will know our fate very soon.
It would be great for the long suffering IMMU investors if the FDA decision is positive .

Now duck or no dinner regarding the FDA phase 3 decision when if successful I don't see IMMU remaining independent for long.
If unsuccessful IMMU will not remain independent but sold for scrap value.

As someone who has been here for over 6 years IMMU continues to keep investors on edge as we fret about the upcoming FDA decision .
Surely after the successful PK tests the decision should be straightforward but this is IMMU and cliffhangers are standard.
But now we have the Alora Pharma Group sponsoring the application so maybe Alora/ Avion committing c $25m to the Phase 3 trial and chucking in c£1.3m in the recent placing at 11p maybe our luck may be about to change.

A sudden bounce out of nowhere
Maybe just maybe news is imminent.

Just a thought...maybe Jefferies has to wait for the Nasdaq market to open before buying as otherwise you are creating an anomaly between the two markets which may breach regulatory rules.

If they are clever they will be patient as it appears that the Nasdaq still has a way to go before reaching the bottom of this savage correction ( down c30% from high late last year).
A further drop of 10% in the Nasdaq is possible which would represent one of the worst corrections in modern times.
I feel we are close to the end of this miserable bear market with perhaps a final capitulation to come.
Puretech can maximise its buy backs to the eventual benefit of shareholders if it plays the markets correctly imho.
Still painful to watch nonetheless.

I have reported your post in relation to your totally libelous comments about that the word fraud is appearing a little more about this company.
This is despicable behavior from a new poster who mysteriously appeared in the past few days.
I am sickened by some of the postings here and will never post again.

Excellent summary and it accords with my views.
The FDA decision is obviously critical to any investment case and if positive will underpin IMMU for the duration of the Phase 3 trial and with the other peptide therapies maybe giving a further boost along the way.
A successful FDA decision will certainly spike interest in IMMU and I suspect TM would welcome an exit at some stage.
Guessing at what share price level any takeout would occur at is pure speculation at this stage.

With the SP in the bargain basement the share buyout will be even more effective by acquiring a large number of shares for Treasury.
The sooner the buyout starts the better

Down again to multi year lows...Puretech better get its chequebook out quickly....utterly amazing share price performance and inexplicable in my view.

I hope you weren't referring to my post where I said IF the FDA approves the Phase 3 trial investors have a timeliness decision to make.
I also said you pays your money and take your chances depending on whether you are a short-term or long term investor.
Any idiot knows Phase 3 trials can take up to 2 years to complete but that change my investment thesis.

There are going to be 2 investment decisions to be made if the FDA approves the Phase 3 trials for Lupuzor.
One is short term...Alora/Avion will pay for the full amount of the trials and if successful obtain full US rights to marketing Lupuzor with royalties and front up payments to IMMU with IMMU free do a similar deal with another Pharma for the rest of the world.
To have a drug in Phase 3 trials is highly valued by the Pharma industry so you could expect a major jump in the IMMU share price following FDA approval.
So short-term investors may want to get out if approval is granted while long-term investors may stay for the result of the trials.
The other peptide suite could be pushed on with a big Pharma backing with IMMU getting royalties etc if successful.
Either way the mega catalyst for the SP is the FDA decision..you bet your money and take your chances.
I personally think the FDA will grant approval to a US company like Alora/Avion who are willing to invest $25 m in a trial but please DYOR.

Puretech can buyback around 22m shares at the current SP of 184p which given the daily liquidity/volumes of around 100,000 or so is going to really support the SP and the SP lows of 165p are now gone...onwards and upwards.
