After 3/4 years in this investment the SP is back to to where it was 3 years ago after savage dilution.
It looks like we are looking very foolish now but hopefully we will get some good news soon.
If not it is just another AIM disaster.
I don't think it will be but we need some major reassurance soon.

If Levi and Co are confident of transformational growth why did they give 5G a possible further 8.4%
for a paltry $2m .

That's assuming it doesn't go higher and trigger a bid.

If 5G were to strike under the latest subscription agreement at the current SP it could get another 8.4% of the company which added to its existing 6.5% will get it up to c15%.
I think it has got a free carry on its 6.5% so if it wanted it could get a controlling interest in Ethernity for just another $4m investment at the current SP.
So I hope 5G is a friendly investor but you never know!
Big challenge for management in the next month or so to prove themselves imho.

A few buyers appeared late today albeit in small volumes.
The only consolation is that Ethernitys market cap is close to scrap value given its existing contracts particularly with Tarana.
It appears to have the support of 5G to fund it for now but at what price in terms of future dilution and if 5G is connected to Tarana it may be an easy move to takeover the company at a knockdown price to secure the Ethernity technology given that Tarana could list on Nasdaq at 1/2 $ billion within the next year.
Flights of fantasy perhaps but Ethernity management need to produce results very quickly imho

After an attempt at a mini rally earlier today the SP was hit with over 1.2m sells in a period of 30 mins .
Somebody wants to keep the lid on the SP.
Could it be our "loyal" supporter Lanstead?
Only a week or so to the PK test results...duck or no dinner time.

As you know I communicated with the company a few weeks ago to express shareholders anxiety and disappointment at the collapse of the share price brought about in large part by the 2 Revenue " deferral " warnings late last year and the lack of positive newsflow.
It referred me to the $20m expected revenues during 2022/23 which included Tarana but excluded licencing and other non SoC revenues.
I also asked that it notifies shareholders when the deferred revenues become actualized.
I also enquired about the new NED appointment and it said it actively seeking the right person and would again notify shareholders once appointment is made.
The cap in hand injection of another 5G subscription of $2m was stated as being a buffer cash at better terms than before but I suspect it was to bridge the deferred revenues.
So a vitally important few weeks /months ahead for both the company and its long standing and loyal shareholders.
The share is now in a zombie state with little or no trading and it is imperative that management deliver soon or else find a buyer/partner to drive the business forward.
We are all feeling the pain so hopefully we will get some positive news very soon.

I have not posted since the Russian invasion of Ukraine as everything relating to shares seems so inconsequential and trivial in the context of the horror we are witnessing.

Well my worst fears for the Ethernity SP have not materialised today which allows some cautious optimism that we reached the low and the SP may bounce back strongly in the coming weeks subject to Putin not going full Tonto with his nuclear threats.

We best put the helmet on tomorrow as markets will suffer a horror show as Putin brings nuclear weapons into play and commodities go crazy.

Just a strong gut feeling that the fund raise MAY be linked to significant contract news.
I am not ramping just speculating.

I think we have reached the nadir in the fortunes of Ethernity and the share price.
The RNS yesterday on the exciting product/IP development which is underpinned by Ethernitys patented bonding technology and today's fund raise by 5G SUGGESTS some major contract news MAY be in the offing imho.
Ethernity may finally be about to deliver on all the R&D of the past year and we just need validation.
I am hopeful we may get this in the coming weeks.

I keep looking at the marker cap of Ethernity which today is c£16m which is borderline bonkers but that's the market we are in and as a consequence of some very bad RNS over the past 6 months .
The only consolation is that Ethernity will either succeed this year or will be sold for scrap .
Time for decisive action by management .

I am not looking too clever with my 2.55m shares in Ethernity today given my average price of 31p.
Funnily enough while I disappointed with another 5G fund raising I am not so worried as I was always going to see how 2022 panned out for the company.
I think it is close to some serious revenues and another upgrade from Tarana ( hence the 5G funds??).
If nothing progresses by September/October then it will be time to head for the exits...probably at a large loss...Doh!

There is carnage in the markets particularly in the micro stocks on AIM and sadly Ethernity is no exception with little or no buying interest and small selling trades crashing the price.
The Ukraine situation has frightened the life out of small investors and we will all have to be brave and stoical until the dust settles.
The market cap of c£18m could go lower which in my opinion is crazy but that is a fact of life in a bear market.
Even if Ethernity issued a positive RNS it may not get the traction it would normally get in better times.
These situations always pass eventually but going through these awful times is painful and requires fortitude .
If you don't need to sell my advice is to hang in for what it is worth but do your research.

Sadly if Russia invades NATO will deploy 200,000 troops in the countries surrounding Ukraine and then we are in a large pile of dog manure.
History repeating itself over and over.
Hopefully sanity prevails but if one side is ruled by a monster megalomaniac all bets are off.
Batten down the hatches and Ethernity could be the least of our problems.
Hope I am wrong but extraordinarily worrying.

If it is short selling by holders hoping to buy back cheaper then they must be geniuses to have anticipated the almost straight-line drop in the SP from 56p in early December to 26p now as well as having knowledge of the last 3 RNS and got into the mind of Putin before US intelligence.
If these short sellers are going to buy back I wish they would hurry as there has been little buying in the past 2 months.
As for 504/ Tracylied I will reserve any comments.

A combination of forced selling and general panic in the markets brought about by Putin and Ukraine has knocked the stuffing out of the SP.
Mark is back in the office after his illness and I have been in communication with him and expressed my views which he in fairness has replied to albeit within the limits imposed on him in a Public company.
The lack of volume in Ethernity at present means we will be subject to extreme volatility and if Russia invades we are in for a scary ride in the markets.

I think the management probably accepts that the RNS caused confusion among investors.
They confirmed that they can only issue RNS on actual completed contracts and cannot give a running commentary on the daily activities of the company.
The use of the word "pipeline" is imho to be regretted.
