I couldn't agree more.
I have posted detailed analysis on the Alora Group and it's subsidiaries, Avion and Acella which are based in a modern 60,000 sq.ft manufacturing and research facility in Alpharetta near Atlanta , Georgia. The group has links to research facilities in a number of Universities in the southern states and has secured a substantial number of FDA approvals over the past 10 years.
While the group is privately owned it has been supported by a number of big players such as Monroe Capital and wealthy individuals.
In August 2021 it completed the acquisition of the legacy businesses including a manufacturing
facility in Marietta , Georgia from Osmotica Pharma for $115m.
Alora is rumoured to be looking at an IPO in 2022 but may wait to see how things progress with Lupuzor which could add significant upside to any IPO valuation if Phase 3 is moving along.
A $1b plus valuation would not far fetched according to my contacts in Atlanta .
So Alora's investment is highly significant from a number of reasons imo.
I hold 2 million shares in Immupharma and feel a lot better now than I did a few weeks ago.
