I have it on reasonable authority that the $20m includes just the existing Tarana contract .
I think the company is anticipating increased orders from Tarana but they are not yet in the pipeline.
Just my thoughts .

I understand your concern but hang in.
For clarification the RNS last week stated that the company expects in excess of $20m over the 2022/23 period from existing and pipeline contracts INCLUDING the Tarana contract of May 2021 which is a SoC contract .
The in excess of $20m EXCLUDES licencing and royalties and any upgraded sales to Tarana and others.
The company in its RNS could not mention upgrades / new business in its $20m+ forecast so if we get news on such new orders particularly from Tarana the mood music will change in a flash.
I am pretty confident that forced selling is happening at the moment and hopefully will run its course soon but may take a few days I fear.
Putin is not helping either.

Sadly some punters were using spread betting and CFDs and appear to be forced sellers today.
With no volumes the SP is caught in a whiplash.
It is just a case of how many distressed sales are in the system.
I have paid for all my shares and can hold for how long it takes.
Seen this happen before but it will settle.

The Directors financial commitment and significant shareholdings were key factors in my decision to invest in Ethernity allied to the typical Israeli grit and business acumen .
Levi and the team will give their all to make Ethernity a success hopefully as a strong independent company or merging with a large player in the industry.
A plausible alternative scenario is perhaps a strategic stake in the company by maybe someone like its longstanding partner Xilinx, the US giant or even Tarana who may go for an IPO this year with a potential valuation of $1/2 billion.
All this is pure speculation on my part but first Ethernity has to do its own job and drive revenues much higher this year.
Just my musings on windy wet Sunday in Dublin.

Investors selling hammering Puretech at the moment.
New fund rules in Invesco prohibit over 20% holdings in Public companies.
Invesco now at 23% approx so hopefully Puretech will place c4/5% with Institutions to stop the destructive drip drip.

I noticed over the past week that a number of AIM companies on my watchlist have given notice via RNS
of an Investors Meet via a link where investors can submit questions in advance of the Meet and these questions and others can be discussed on the day.
This appears to be very popular with smaller AIM companies and maybe Ethernity will organise something similar over the coming months.
I will suggest this to the company.

The only thing I would say in Mark's defence is that he was quite ill over the past month with Covid and has just returned to the office .
The management is under pressure I suspect and is keeping the head down .
As I have said privately to another poster here an update on the Tarana relationship and possible upgrades on orders would immediately spark the SP back to life .
The SP has hopefully stabilised at this level and needs a big push to drive it forwards.
Whether we get this lift is now entirely in the hands of management and particularly David Levi .
Time will tell..

The problem I have with this morning 's RNS is more to do with the timing rather than the content which while being opaque and badly constructed contained some upbeat statements.
In particular the expectation of in excess of $20 m in revenues over the period 2022 and 2023 excluding existing licensing fees.
They have to deliver some really good newsflow over the coming months to justify their revenue aspirations
or let a bigger player take over to speed up the expansion.
At a paltry £21m market cap Ethernity is a sitting duck and time is running out .
As for the timing of the RNS ..to land it in these dreadful markets with Russia possibly about to invade Ukraine was a school boy error.
If Putin pulls back and agrees a diplomatic settlement then markets will rally strongly imho including Ethernity's SP.
However I am not optimistic.

At least 4 or 5 of the palaces in Kensington Palace Gardens are owned by Russian Oligarchs and Saudi princes (sic) with their own private security outside stopping tourists from taking photos.
1 Hyde Park luxury apartments owned mainly by Russian ,Chinese or Arabs.
Putin built his own tsarist Palace on the Black Sea for over 1 billion $.
Truly evil but is he mad?
We will find out soon.

The big issue for the markets is if Russia invade Ukraine...it could wipe 20% of the valuations in shares with oil and commodity prices set to soar ( Ukraine is a major wheat producer for example) driving inflation higher not to mention the horror of war and the spread of the conflict westwards in Europe.
Ethernity will not be immune sadly so desperate few days and weeks ahead.
We can only hope for a diplomatic resolution but with Putin it looks a forlorn prospect.
Brace for a very bumpy ride next week.

MMs don't care a jot about who is buying or selling as long as they get their cut so 5G mean nothing to them.
The 35k double could have been an intra trade between MMs ..who knows.
We are all just bored watching the paint dry!
Tumbleweed rolling along the village street but you never know with Ethernity and hopefully news coming over the hill.
As a Stoic I will reflect on life's vagaries and have a few Guinness and cigars...it always seems to help.

The 5G fantasy selling again.
They must be super smart getting 33.5p for 70k when I did a dummy sell today and was offered 31.5p for 50k
which obviously I didn't accept.
I think the trades were buys imho

Agreed..not my style at all to discuss trivial share movements but nothing else to talk about in absence of some drama.
Anyway back to watching the paint dry on my wall!

Some small nibbling taking place with maybe bigger buys in the background ( not me this time).
May be bottom fishing or something more substantive.
Let's see where the SP closes this evening for more clarity.

7 buys today at low 32p s but latest buy of 15k at c32.9p
6 market makers on bid now at 32p with a total of 24,000 shares while only one on offer at 33p for just 2,000 shares.
Any buying in size will push SP higher quickly but no sign as of now.

With over 75% of the shares in the hands of Directors, Institutions , myself and other long term shareholders it will not take much to get the SP moving IF we hear some positive newsflow.
However this newsflow is critical to attact new buyers as I suspect few of the existing shareholders are buying any further shares so we have a buyers strike and no new interest at present with trading volumes on the floor.
It is a question of patience and a continuing belief that management will produce the results required.
Until then we are all stuck in limbo.

It looks like we are in for another horror show on the Nasdaq today.
It is very hard for a tech minnow like Ethernity to ride the Tsunami and as such we are holding up reasonably
well all things considered.
If Ethernity has some imminent newsflow to release then probably not the ideal market conditions to do so.
Pity the Facebook shareholders in a few minutes.
I would be happy to see Ethernity end the day near level.
