The usual late reporting of my trades.
Interesting mix of shareholders now with 3 individuals holding c25% and 4 Institutions holding c25%.
No chance of a hostile bid unless a mega offer is made.
Management can get on with growing the company to its full potential without worrying about a low ball bid next year imho.
I am sure any bid (if ever made) will require over 75% shareholder approval at an EGM so comforting for management as we head into an exciting few months /years.
The move to new larger offices signifies confidence in the company's development imho.

News will come if it relevant and ready for market publication via RNS.
However it would be great if we got some positive newsflow before Christmas to give more clarity to the company's prospects for 2022.
If not I am not too concerned as I know management is working flat out at the moment .

Well if 5G start dumping shares with the SP down 10% today on 200k volume and no buyers then we are in trouble.
Let's wait and see.
The SP really needs some positive news soon.

By the way Mark has restated that he can only adjust shareholders holdings either following a receipt of a TR1 Form or notification directly from the shareholders of changes outside reporting limits.
Only then can the company amend its website section on major shareholders.
For clarification the company only amended Miton's increased shareholding following the placing after it received notification.
If 5G do not want to disclose changes whether reaching notifiable limits or selling large amounts there is nothing the company can do..simple as that.
Myself and Miton have notified the company of changes in our holdings recently and it has amended its website accordingly.
I expect 5G to do the same if there are any changes.
We shall see.

It not about enforcement but good practice and transparency particularly as we are talking about just 7 major shareholders with close to 50% of the total shares in issue.
I ask myself why would 5G sell now having declared its stake and the company set for major growth.
It has a free carry and if it sells surely that would be a vote of no confidence in the company's prospects.
Unless I am missing something.
5G is now out in the open and no longer opaque.

I understand all the background and the reasons for 5G funding and the staggered nature of the its funds/ shares release primarily to prevent massive dilution of
Directors/existing shareholders % stakes.
My only point is that now that 5G has declared its 6.5% I expect it to behave honestly and honourably and disclose reductions ( if any) in its shareholdings to the company to allow for amendments to the very important and public Investor Information section on the company's website to ensure vital transparency.
If 5G sells and doesn't disclose like the other 6 major shareholders do I would be surprised and disappointed.
Let's see what transpires.

Mark is by the book in every way and while a major shareholder does not have to disclose until limits reached/breached he expects to be informed of changes in holdings as the Company's website information on Investors would otherwise be inaccurate ,wrong and misleading and would reflect on the integrity of the company .
Of course certain posters think 5G is dishonest in its dealings with the company and don't care about doing the right thing.
I and, I suspect Mark, totally refute this opinion.

I am just quoting Mark who said it can track the large shareholdings changes.
Why do a few posters feel that 5G will never do the right thing as most (all) other major shareholders do?
5G is deemed a valued and supportive funder/ shareholder by the company but some here think it a secret
society and dishonourable.
Maybe I am too trusting.

Yes indeed ...the word "multiples" was used by David in reference to 2023.
Also the comment about the recent $3m contract with the Chinese OEM who will undertake the
manufacturing itself using Ethernity's components was interesting if i understood it correctly.
Overall good vibes given they had to be extremely careful with making any forward-looking statements.

As I have said repeatedly watch the company's website for confirmation of any changes in the holdings of major shareholders.
We will soon find out if 5G or any other large shareholder has offloaded.
I for one do not expect this to happen but I have been wrong many times.

The EGM meeting today was very informative and positive imho
Obviously as a major shareholder I am cautious about making comments or observations which management did not infer at the meeting.
Topics discussed included its strong relationship with Xilinx on the chip supply side, the outsourcing of certain manufacturing directly with contracted OEMS in China ,India and other markets.
Considerable work being done to ready the company for 2022 and in particular 2023 when revenues are anticipated to expand "in multiples ".
The company will inform investors of significant developments as they occur and not engage in trivial announcements to the market but will review idea of investor forum/ broker reports in the New Year.
The company will obviously not intervene in shareholders buying / selling activities unless there is a possible disorderly market risk and is not aware of the intentions of its large shareholders.
However Mark said it can track large buys/ sells as with the recent Miton increased holding following the placing.
So ( my words) if 5G SELL LARGE AMOUNTS OF SHARES THE COMPANY CAN TRACK AND ADJUST HOLDINGS ON ITS WEBSITE.
I am very confident about the company's future and the calibre of it excellent management and this has been reinforced after the meeting.
Please do your own research and Bid might correct me if I misinterpreted anything in above comments.

Never convinced about the double tap nonsense and 5G.
It is now in the open and out of the shadows.
The company's website adjusts major shareholders list on a timely basis...my recent buy of 100,000 was reflected on the website after 5G issue so we should know if 5G is selling before 5% level reached by looking at the website.
Why would 5G sell with its free carry and now visible inside the tent and the company set fair for major growth..doesn't make sense unless I am missing something.
5G as a declared shareholder is brilliant imho and removes a potential major overhang of c5m shares resulting in an extremely tight free float and a greatly reduced sell side liquidity situation.
Small buy volumes could propel the SP higher and major newsflow may drive the SP through 80p in a blink of an eye imho.
I could be wrong but logic says I am right.
Now for the next 2 legs of my serendipitous triple header.

With 5G firmly inside the tent there is now little or no liquidity support on the sell side and even small buying volumes will push the SP higher.
What a time for a positive corporate announcement/ update.
Serendipity beckons.

There are now now 7 major shareholders( including myself) on the register owning c48% of the total shares in issue.
Add recent placees and the faithful here with possibly 25% more and you reach my guesstimate of c75% sticky shareholders.
I have not seen this before in any public company apart from Kape tech where Teddy Sagi has 68%.
But he happens to be one of the richest Israelis.
Interesting.

Interestingly 5G declared its holding at 6.5%...anything lower and it ran the risk of being diluted below 5% once the warrants are fully exercised.
Which leads me to the perhaps nebulus conclusion that it wants to remain a major shareholder for the medium/longterm.
Maybe a flight of fancy/fantasy on my part but I suspect I may be correct.
Again I am delighted that a major overhang of c5m shares has been removed allowing unimpeded headroom for SP growth in the event of a significant news event.
If 5G was still lurking in the shadows I would be concerned.
So all good imho

Immupharmas fortunes could change in a blink of an eye
Keep the faith..I have nearly 2m shares at average price of 16p and still hoping for some positive news.
I have large holdings in other companies notably 3.2% in Ethernity Net which I bought at an average price of 30p now 52p
That was a roller coaster as well dropping to 12p last year and now set for major growth imho dyor
All is not lost here yet so take care
