I was basing deferred revenues on the expected $6m.
Nasdaq collapse and wider tech rout hasn't helped not to mention Ukraine.

Mark Reichenberg is the FD and Head of Investor Relations who sadly is currently isolating with Covid and we wish him well.
When he returns to the office he will be very much aware of the current views of longstanding and loyal investors such as myself and others here and elsewhere.
Firstly nearly $3.2m of "deferred revenues from 2021 are due in during the 1st and 2nd quarter of this year
excluding any other 2022 revenues.
I am asked that the management inform us when these deferred revenues are booked.
This is very important imho .
Furthermore we need some reassurance from management that progress towards substantially higher revenues in 2022 is being made over the coming months.
If the deferred revenues of c$3m are solid surely by the latest at end of half year Ethernity should have an idea about the outlook for other revenues for 2022
Let's say these revenues are $6/7 m plus deferred $3 then we will have a better idea of progress.
Obviously I am hoping for better numbers but you see where I am coming from.

100% agree with you.
It is not too much for longterm shareholders to seek transformational growth from a company with $2,8m revenues and based on the pronouncements of management in recent months.
By the way the 100k buy yesterday was not me.
Hopefully better days ahead for us all.

I have been slapped on the wrist for some of my postings which I subsequently amended but the problem I have is that the company needs to fire up revenues this year and accordingly until it does it has nothing to report to the market .
The update accompanying the dreadful 2nd revenue warning / deferral announcement was positive but it was aspirational which I can't rely on as an investor.
The management is now under pressure to deliver substantive revenues this year which I am confident it will .
I may be a Stoic but I am not a fool.
Time for action now or let some larger tech company develop the Ethernity tech and IP.
Investors have been very patient with this management to date but producing revenues of $2.8m is not why we are invested..otherwise I should have bought a small Pizza Hut franchise which would have produced more.
Still a believer but want results very soon

Markets become irrational every so often
If your investment in Ethernity doubles or triples it will only be based on fundamentals.
The current drop in the Ethernity SP is based on the irrationality of the markets pure and simple.
Fear and greed always dominates the markets and this upheaval is no exception.
I expect a whiplash move in the Ethernity SP if the panic subsides in relation to Ukraine and the tech rout.
As for our former poster and guru the less said the better

The fall in Ethernity's SP is all to with the Nasdaq and the global tech stocks collapse and the Russian threat to invade Ukraine...stocks crashing everywhere.
Hold your nerve is my advice and if Putin who is controlled by billionaire Oligarchs goes rogue and invades the SP of Ethernity will be the least of our worries.
The correction in tech stocks was overdue and sadly Ethernity has been affected even though it is imho totally undervalued not overvalued.
Strong nerves required but sense will prevail unless the World is going crazy.

Speaking of Japan you can now take a virtual tour of the country using headsets ...you could actually believe you are in Japan..amazing.
Also look at Woven City , Japan's smart city driven by 5G and so futuristic except it is happening now.

Despite what a number of crazies and Luddites think 5G is live now and will power the new Internet Web3 which will dramatically change the world we live in areas of virtual entertainment and gaming , commerce, transport , military ,telecoms and many more sectors .
Trillions of $ are being spent on 5G and the Web3 infrastructure worldwide .
Look at Facebooks new metaverse strategy and Microsofts purchase of Activision for $70b.
The technology being developed in Japan and South Korea is mind boggling not to mention in China and obviously the US and Europe all being driven by 5G.
That's why the RNS last week outlining Ethernitys involvement with a major Japanese OEM in the virtual space should have gotten more traction and market respect.
If the relationship develops into a large contract it could be another mega string to Ethernity's bow.
All my own musings and do your own research.

I am a great admirer of the Stoics of Greek history.
Once you have embarked on a journey going back to your point of departure is wrong as you will never reach your destination whether it is bountiful or sad.

Thankfully that is never going to happen unless there is a mention of our beloved share in the Harvey Nichols catalogue.

The road to riches and ruin are both earmarked by short term decisions .
Panic selling of Ethernity in past few days is a case in point...those selling could rue their decision or bask in their foresight.
I for one believe the story is yet to be told and selling now will haunt those who jumped ship in 6 months time.
However I may be wrong but at a scrap value market cap of £25m I don't think so.

Yes patience is required with the general market collapse in tech stocks( which definitely has affected Ethernity ) causing havoc.
With a market cap of c £25m , funding secure and great pipeline of transactions I remain very sanguine about the prospects this year particularly once the general panic subsides in the tech sector
The RNS was not received well as it was opaque and the market was expecting further evidence of large contracts being secured and better visibility on the revenue outlook for 2022 and 2023.
This will come soon imho so we will have to wait and see.

I agree that today's RNS was a tad fluffy but it was nonetheless a positive one with new distribution agreements with large Far East trading companies and a potentially exciting if albeit nascent new deal and business relationship with a major Japanese OEM in the 5G virtual/metaverse space..
Obviously the market is looking for larger contracts with attendant financials and I have no doubt they are coming.
Today's RNS demonstrates Ethernity's expanding reach into new geographical areas and wider technologies for its products and IP.
I expect the market to take a more sober view over the coming days or weeks hopefully encouraged by more positive newsflow.

My sentiments entirely
We will have to be patient and let management get on with its work.
However I feel it is conscious of the need to keep investors informed of progress and hence I think we will get some updates in the coming weeks or so.

After the revenue deferral warning RNS before Christmas albeit accompanied by a very positive update the Share Price has suffered .
Management need to deliver some positive newsflow soon to get investor confidence back.
I am backing them to deliver in the coming weeks imho

It appears that the controversial 5G rollout in the US by Verizon and AT&T using the C band wireless spectrum may have contributed to the weakness in ENET share price today.
The Airlines want a 2 mile exclusion zone near runways to assuage concerns on interference with aircraft navigation so I expect some compromise .
The US is the only major country using these 5G bandwidths and it is not affecting the massive 5G rollout internationally.
The US will sort this minor problem quickly as it will not be left behind technologically.
Either change the spectrum widths or have a 2 mile exclusion zone around runways.
