It was the direct reference to needing partners to develop drug pipelines and get them to market over next 2/3 years.
That was the giveaway for me because why would another pharma go into partnership with Immupharma and fund the development ,trials ,and marketing et al and pay Immu royalties on success when it can buy the whole company for £30/40m.
Not an direct sale announcement for obvious negotiating reasons but more like a " we are available so come get us call"

I am more convinced now after the Proactive interview that the company is up for sale and McCarthy is flogging it around the market with star names like Professor Muller being used as bait.
There will be no takers for an additional fund raise so I am expecting a sale at around 15p/20p a share if we are lucky.

Puretech has over $500m in cash plus $250m stake in listed Karuna even after recent stock sale of $100m.
It's investment in soon to be listed Gelesis (19.6%) could be worth $100-150m plus it's investment of c41% in Vedanta soon to move to an IPO next year maybe worth over $500m plus on the basis of a muted $1 billion to $ 1.5billion IPO valuation based on previous funding rounds.
Add in the other founded entities plus Puretech own exciting suite of drugs moving quickly forward and you clearly see the enormous undervaluation of this superb company.
Look at the Board of Directors and the extraordinary calibre of people on it.
This will be re rated soon and don't rule out a major share buyback or special dividend next year.
Or perhaps an opportunistic move by Wall Street private equity predators.

It looks to me like a lot of stables are being cleaned out , industrial air fresheners sprayed everywhere and a big "For sale"sign erected.
Bringing back Professor Muller is great PR and have her first comments appearing on an IMMU RNS in over 3 years gives enormous creditiblility to Uncle Tim's meanderings.
Where has she been in the past 3 years.
Totally convinced the company is now for sale and with no funds to drive the drug portfolio forward any decent offer will suffice.
Just my thoughts.

Those who were lucky enough to get in and( have funds ) in the broker placing will if they exercise their warrants have an average price for their 1 plus 1 shares of 47.5p.
If the SP reaches the accelerator price of 80p then good news for all .
I am in at 41p.
Smart or stupid we will soon find out

A few weeks before the placing I bought 100k at 41p
After the placing I bought my "own warrants " of 300k at an average price of 41p including last weeks 100k at 58p.
Why wait for 60p was my thought process .
Was I right?

You are spot on about about the UEP20 contract announcement due any day now with minimum orders of 1000 but hopefully much higher amounts plus a number of other deals/ upgraded orders from Tarana et al.
The key motivation for management IMHO is to start 2022 with a visible order/ revenue base and having secured the extra financial firepower of the warrants giving the company a cash ballast of over £12m to support and finance the much anticipated exponential and transformational expansion over the next 2/3 years.
The next few weeks are going to be very interesting and informative and the deadline for 5G's last tranche of shares to be issued on the 29th November is a date by which we will all know much more about the future of the company and the prospects for the loyal investors here.

I couldn't resist responding to you..one of the original gang of dreamers like myself.
3 years of a roller coaster ride.
As long as we are not discussing insider trading I am happy to throw in my two and six on the board.
Maybe TL can come back with his /her focused contributions.
I am much too old for conflict particularly on a board where investors here have 10% plus of the company and the old gang kept each other together when we thought we had lost everything last year.
Tracy is welcome to come back if he/she wants to and give insights which have been valued by me and many others here since the embryonic days of this journey.
Life is very short so my pints invitation is still live to the founding fathers here.

The accountant in me says 10% bonus shares not 10% discount on issue price.
But who cares as long as 5G calls it's shares at the highest possible issue price with the least dilution for everyone and then disappears.

You are confusing the 10% extra shares 5G get with the average issue price .
That's my point

Also to get a 5 day weighted average in the mid/ late 30p ,5G will have to call for the issue within the next 10 trading days .
If it doesn't the issue price could be between 50p and higher.
Hopefully it will be at a £1 plus.

In my example I Rounded up
The Sub Agreement stipulated that it is Rounded DOWN so average SP would be 36.40p not 36.50p.

Rounded to one tenth of a PENNY does not mean a 10 % discount ..eg average SP over previous 20 days on a volume basis was say 36.47p would be rounded to 36.50p.

Remember I have been here for 3 years now and at times I thought Ethernity was gone and I had lost everything but I remained a firm believer in the tech and the management and particularly the fact that David Levi had everything invested here..money and soul.
He deserves great success as does Mark( a superb FD)
Baruch ,Brian and the whole management and staff at Ethernity who fought the delay in 5G , the pandemic and rockets fired in their 100s near their HQ .
That's what I call true grit and I support the company 100%.

Just for the record I am not ruling out further purchases by myself.
I think Ethernity can become a $500m plus company within a few years and if it was listed on Nasdaq it would be now imho.
Only a few investors on AIM and the wider UK Investment community know about the company but the next few months could change awareness dramatically.

A really positive mood appearing within Ethernity management and words I have used myself in the past appearing...transformational and exponential.
I think the game is now afoot dear Dr Watson and a plethora of good news to come IMHO.
I maintained after the placing that the 60p warrants will be exercisable very soon and it looks like it could happen within weeks not months.
Sadly when this happens I will go under 3% and be a private citizen again.
