We would have to see the company's share register to really find out who are the shareholders
below 5%.
The so-called double-tap theory ,which based on my analysis involved c 600-700k of shares sales
in the past 4 /5 months, does not account for the c10m shares issued already to 5G with yet more still to be issued.
I have done my sums by reading every RNS involving share issues in past 18 months .
Summary
Shares in issue following the placing of 6.5m shares were.......39.2m
Shares issued via warrants/broker option/Peterhouse...............4.2m
Shares issued other than from above.........................................11.9m
Shares currently in issue 55.3m
Who got the 11.9m shares and what did they do with them .
No Holding RNS s so no amount of miserable double taps will do the job.
I suspect large amounts placed in friendly hands and maybe some sold.
I think my sums are broadly correct and open to correction but simple analysis suggests
that if 5G eventually puts in £3.2m plus the additional amount of £256k paid in already
giving us say £3.45m in total at an average 10% top-up on subscription ie £3.8m worth of shares
at say average subscription share price of 30p= 12.7m shares.
Seems I am not far off but guessing the average subscription share price.
That's my reading for its worth.
