Last year Enet has $1m in revenues so not a lot of mass production required there.
As revenues grow it will still be outsourcing production until economies of scale are reached.
At that stage we will be all delighted to discuss capital projects if they enhance the business .
A few more hurdles to jump before we get to that stage.

facilities are uber expensive .take years to set up and have large ongoing overheads.
Ethernity has no cash for capital expenditure and needs to get revenues moving and quick otherwise the cap will be out again.
The management know this so hopefully some long awaited news soon.

Where is the manufacturing being done and by who ?
At the moment Ethernity has annual sales of a few million dollars ..less than that of a good beach bar on the Tel Aviv sea-front.
When we see revenues hitting $50m we may start talking about capital expenditure even if it is only "an assembly line".

Furthermore it takes up to 5 years to build a chip factory from planning to start up.
The level of technical sophistication involved is enormous from the dust free environment to multi million dollar machinery and lasers .
It takes up to 3 months to produce a chip and then you have the worldwide logistics and distribution to deal with.
Even if Ethernity could build a chip factory on the cheap for say $100 m how would it finance it ?.
Even if annual revenues were $500 m you could not justify that level of investment.
What we need is proof of concept via the announcement of real contracts.

The cost of building a new micro chip manufacturing facility is estimated at between $1-3 billion based on the worldwide facilities built over past 5 years.
Taiwan Semiconductor expect to spend over $20 billion on its new wafer Fab plant .
So talk of Ethernity building a manufacturing plant rather than outsource is pie in the sky.

Remember Benlysta Glaxo's Lupus drug with known side effects is achieving c$1.5b in sales due to lack of alternatives.
So if the FDA approves Lupuzor for Phase 3 trial by next week I expect Immupharma SP to move dramatically higher imho .
If it doesn't then all bets are off.

In my calculations I have put US at 50% of total spend on Lupuzor on a conservative basis.
If the FDA say no obviously we are all in trouble but why appoint Franklin to board who is deeply involved with Avion's FDA submission if it was going to be rejected...a bit like appointing a junior cadet as Captain of the Titanic AFTER it hit the iceberg!!!

A bit of balance required here.
The agreement with Avion in the US involves milestone payments of $70m and ongoing royalties of up to 17% with the rights to the rest of the World still held by Immupharma.
The total market for Lupus therapies is expected to reach over $3b by 2025 with c40% spend in the US ..the biggest market but with only 25% of Lupus sufferers in the developed world but they can afford the treatments as the US is the richest.
So let say Lupuzor is approved by FDA (say 50% chance?) AND LUPUZOR GAINS JUST 5% OF THE GLOBAL MARKET then the POTENTIAL revenues to Immupharma are as follows
US $1,5b x 5% x 17% royalties =$13m per annum plus once off milestone payment of $70.
Rest of the world deal should be much higher if FDA approves Lupuzor ..so let's say milestone payment of $100m plus 20% royalties with a deal with a big European / US pharma adding another $15m in royalties bring total annual revenues to c$28m multipled by PE of 10 gives a conservative valuation of over $280m ignoring the milestone payments of c$170m.
So possible Market Cap of $450m at 5% Lupuzor market penetration.
That is the potential imho but we need a lot of luck and firstly FDA approval for Phase 3.
It may be possible and that is why I am not selling ANY of my 2million shares.
A very nerve-wracking few weeks ahead.

With around 50k sells and c14k buys it is hardly a major sell off today but still enough to drop the SP by c3.4%.
Totally illiquid at the moment with no buyers to be seen.
Nothing is going to happen here without positive newsflow and in particular confirmation of the UEP 60 " contract" .
We continue to wait with patience and maybe the forthcoming AGM will be informative.
I hope to link in and see what management has to say about progress on the many fronts discussed in previous statements.

And furthermore just 33% of all drugs reach the Phase 3 trial stage.
So my view is the market will react very positively to an FDA approval but may not be immediate.

2/3 years for trial results is largely irrelevant as Immu will have been taken out well in advance of the readout . Remember the current success rates in Phase 3 trials have risen to 67% from 48% 15 years ago.
So if an investor views a 67% chance of a $ 1 billion drug success worthwhile there will be takers .
As the Phase 3 trial proceeds we will have plenty of opportunities to get out.....the first priority is the FDA approval and unless Tim and the team
have been smoking the wacky tobacco it seems
there is growing optimism of approval.

Chairman Tim all but confirmed that the Phase 3 trial for Lupuzor is going to be approved by the FDA.
Immu must be super confident of Phase 3 going ahead if it has appointed Franklin to the Board and Tim making those uber positive statements.
Amazing RNS ...I hope we are right to be confident based on previous form.

Well we shall know our fate very soon.

Fully agree ..if ENET is only making revenues of $20m at end 2022 then management and investors have wasted their time and money.
$20 M in the game we are in is peanuts.
I expect a hell of a lot more by 2022...I am not young and don't hang around forever .
Sold all my substantial stake in Kape in past 10 days at 300% return after18 months.
I have a 12 month investment horizon in ENET and I hope for major growth .
If not I have totally misread management and the technology.
Still 100% committed.

I was in discussion with Mark today about the forthcoming AGM on the 2nd August and would encourage you all to submit your votes regarding the appointment of the External Auditors Grant Thornton and the resolution granting the company the ability to raise equity via a rights issue or similar equity issue which over rides current Articles of Association .
The company obviously needs this ability in the future to raise equity from existing shareholders in addition to placings with new shareholders such as 5G.
I must stress no equity issues are planned but the company wants to ensure that loyal shareholders are not compromised in future equity raises .
Any issues of shares will be at a much higher SP than current levels but keeps the company's options open.
Good for loyal shareholders imho.
Also good to see major Auditing firm behind Ethernity ...very reassuring imho

I have been adding more over the past 10 days at these levels and have now over
170,000 shares at an average of £2.80.
The SP is due a sharp rise and hopefully, this year will see the major breakthrough we are all
expecting from the company, its excellent management team, and stellar Board of Directors.
Vedanta could be a near-term catalyst if IPO is announced.
Obviously I feel Puretech is a strong buy but DYOR.

If you remember I gave the exact same answer as in my post today ..if it was off market it can only be one or two parties given the difficulties of matching trades in a micro share like Ethernity.
We remain none the wiser I afraid but the company did refer to 5G responsibilities on disclosure in a recent RNS.
That is all it can do .

Finally if we believe rightly or wrongly that the principals behind 5G are Tarana / Dish investors and are willing to engage in market rules abuse then we have a major issue.
I firmly believe this is not the case and Levi or Mark particularly are fully professional in this regard.
