Franklin has built up a rapport with Avion and is running the deal from Immu side.
Sounds to me like a lot more going on than first appears.
The goodbyes to Dimitri and the French were perfunctory at best and chilly at worst.

Looks and sounds to me like a major bust up and a power grap by the two Tims.
The two French had to go and Dimitri's dreams of making it big on his reduced shareholding must wait .
The question is now ....has the FDA made its decision or will the new Board be scrapping over a dead carcass.
They have to report the FDA decision immediately so I assume they are waiting as nothing has appeared on the FDA website
The marker hates uncertainty and hence the sell-off today.

Look at Yosi Albagli's CV from RNS 10th March.
A builder and seller of Hi Tech businesses and a veteran of the Israeli navy.
We may have overlooked the importance of his appointment after the previous old boy English Chairman.

I note Yosi is conducting and chairing the AGM with Mark Reichenberg.
Do I detect that Yosi may be be more than a passive Chairman and may be more proactive that we think.
I know that the Chairman conducts the AGM but I don't think this guy is here to take a back seat.
I think we may have underestimated his potential involvement given his status in the business community in Israel.
Just meanderings from Portugal after a few beers.

Agree with your views and I never trust anyone in life unless they deliver on promises and obligations.
David is the man in Ethernity but is he any good or just another dreamer who can't manage a two piece jigsaw.
We will find out very soon.
A lot of us here have a lot riding on whether we have been smart or fooled .
If we have been stupid it is then a question of what the scrap value of Ethernity is.
Perhaps €15m for IP plus patents or less in a fire sale.
I don't think we are anywhere near that doomsday scenario yet but we need action now.

Fortune Oil had acquired shares in China Gas Holdings at an average of 2 Hong Kong dollars .
They now are HK$24 and valued at HK$ 13 billion.

I had a major investment in Fortune Oil whose biggest investment was in China Gas Holdings a quotedmajor Chinese oil player.
The Chinese management of Fortune did a buyout at a knockdown price and while I made a profit they subsequently made millions
I could have made a huge return but we were shafted.
A number of shareholders including myself went to the Courts in London to contest the robbery but got nowhere and had to withdraw our action due to costs .
Give me a honourable management team rather than the usual bunch of thieving crooks any day.

Trust in the management of Ethernity is one of the main reasons I am heavily invested .
My son who works in a senior management role in a major FTSE100 company had a recent meeting with a top executive of the London Stock Exchange and because he knows of my shareholding in Ethernity asked him what he thought of Mark Reichenberg .
The LSE guy said that Mark is well known and highly respected by the LSE as the go to person in Israel in relation to flotations of Israeli companies on the London Stock Exchange...which is Marks other activity along side being CFO of Ethernity.
He is viewed as a man of the highest integrity was the view .
So if someone like Mark Reichenberg is on the management team of Ethernity and is committed totally to its success then at least we know we are dealing with honourable people and David ,Yosi ,Brian and Baruch are definitely that as well.
It doesn't guarantee success but it certainly gives me enormous comfort.
Link in to the AGM next Monday and express your views.

It all comes down to whether we shareholders trust Levy and his management team to deliver.
Trust is a two way street ..both sides must show it.
We as shareholders have shown our trust through placings , warrants and even 5G and myself through a large holding.
Trust when lost cannot be redeemed easily if at all
So coming up to the AGM on the 2nd August I expect management to assuage shareholders concerns.
Continued silence particularly on the vital UEP 60 contract is not acceptable.
Downside is around current SP given Tarana and the patents.
However none of us are here for 40p share price and £22m market cap so maybe we will be vindicated soon.
Still believe nothing has changed but investors need support from the company and hopefully next week will bring us some joy.

Being going to that Algarve since 1976 when there were few roads no developed tourist resorts.
Albufeira a bit too touristy for me with Irish bars and English breakfasts.
Staying in Vale do Lobo this year.
Used to have a lovely 4 bed time share apartment in Penina golf course in the 80s and my neighbour was Twiggy the 60s model and icon.
Used to bump into Cliff Richard on a regular basis as his villa was beside us and we were going there for 15 years.
I like Portimao and even Faro old town but Lisbon and Porto still my favourites in Portugal

Feeling good and back on my self prescribed medicine of Guinness and cigars much to the chagrin of Nurse Betty( wife).
Off to Portugal on Saturday for 2 weeks so I hope my Swanee River ( liver) is ready for more serious post Covid stress testing...being Irish I don't expect too many problems but have to watch Nurse Betty...she may cramp my style .

Smart thinking.
Ethernity management have huge skin in the game which is why I invested here.
I have seen too many AIM companies where management have big salaries and mega options but no shares.
Avoid these companies like the plague.
Levy and the lads are in this up to their necks and will fight to make it a success .
If they fail the business will be bought out for its IP and patents possibly by Tarana or Dish or Silicom for around the same valuation as now £20m.
I don't expect this to happen so I remain very calm despite having € 1 m of my own skin in the game !
If I am not worried then the rest of you should not be but make your own investment decisions as life is short.
I should know as I just got over Covid in the last week which knocked the stuffing out of me despite being double vacinated.

I was no way implying that contracts will be signed on the same day.
Any contract of a material nature will be reported in a timely manner but surely they must be working on more than one deal and whether it is one RNS or more is not important just the transformational nature of a number of contracts validating the technology.
Having had great success in a number of recent investments I don't hang around either so that is why I am giving these guys another 12 months in my investment horizon..albeit shorter if I don't see material progress in the coming months.
We are not in love with Ethernity and plenty of other opportunities out there.
Nonetheless I remain a firm supporter and fully believe it will be a big winner.

Before you jump down my throat I did say MAYBE wrapped up with other contracts in a transformational RNS.
I know the rules but since Tarana we have had nothing so maybe like the buses contracts may come in numbers after a long wait.

Do not agree about with you on bundled contracts given the amount of deals simmering in the background..if a number of deals announced with combined revenues of $10 M going forward we would see the SP hit £1 plus.
So many irons in the fire so let's see how hot they are.
We have been told they are working flat out so surely it is time for more than one deal to be finalised.

I think you may have misinterpreted my post.
If they conclude the UEP contract they have announce ASAP but may be accompanied by further deal news in the pipeline maybe not on the same day but close together .
Investors are waiting for validation of concept and any positive news is required to stem the negativity now very much apparent here.

My word the horses were spooked today when the SP dropped back into the 30s .
Nature abhors a vacuum and stock markets despise uncertainty so when management announced a " contract " which is hugely material
in the results RNS and as yet not followed through with confirmation the key belief we have in the integrity of the management of Ethernity immediately comes under the spotlight.
Levy and his colleagues must deliver on this contract otherwise their creditability is gone.
I am totally confident they will maybe with other contracts wrapped up in a transformational RNS
If not some other players will pounce and bring the IP to its full potential.
I still totally trust them but the time for real delivery of revenues is narrowing
I expect or hope for news around AGM time

That amount will certainly knock the SP for six.
Do I detect a degree of doubt in Tracy's last post after over 5,000 positive posts in the past 3 years.

Yes the big dilemma for tiny tech companies like Ethernity is whether you are a software designer or a component manufacturer or indeed both.
The two businesses are totally different and very difficult for a small management team to juggle both balls in the air.
I was on the board of a subsidiary of the giant SAP many years ago and the big issues related to the designers and the builders of the software and the guys who constructed the interfaces to the hardware...the nuts and bolts brigade.
I am not sure Levy and the team have the skillset or want the headaches of running a manufacturing operation just at the minute.
More urgent matters at hand imho
