The risk reward in Ethernity is excellent at a market cap of £22 m particularly as the company has confirmed it has sufficient funding for 2022 .
So investors can sit back and watch how it all transpires over the next year without being hammered by a dilutive cash call.
I am still a buyer at the current share price.

There are obviously no forecasts of $25m for 2022 and $50m for 2023 and such revenue numbers are not clearly apparent at the moment.
However they are broadly the kind of revenues needed for a major IR campaign in early 2022 and were for illiustrative purposes only.
Otherwise you may find it difficult to attract a wide investment audience or media coverage.

I am purely talking about investor relations going forward and attracting new investors and a wider understanding among the investment community
I have made my investment so I don't give a monkeys about contant updates unless they are about contracts and revised revenue forecasts for 2022 and beyond.
I believe Ethernity and it's management will succeed but don't care whether they are in Denver, San Francisco or the Moon so long as they deliver.
I don't want to know about negotiations or trials .
....just show me the beef.

There is no use talking about aspirations just facts.
Contracts will drive the share price and nothing else .
I have communicated to management about the possibility of an Investors day / conference allied to broker analysis and recommendations in early 2022 once visibility on 2022/2023 financials are clearer.
There is no benefit in communicating to the market about $3/4 million revenues this year as most investors will have no interest in miniscule numbers like this.
The time to ramp up the Investor relations is when deals are done and Ethernity is forecasting revenues of $25m in 2022 and $50m in 2023.
At the moment Ethernity should keep its powder dry until it has something tangible and meaningful to say.
Otherwise it is only a puff of smoke and Ethernity is not in that game.
Management has to deliver and it knows it.
I want real news not aspirational intentions and I am confident we will not be disappointed.

Spot on.
Vedanta is primed for an IPO early next year and could have a valuation north of $1.5b .
Gates Foundation is invested among many other blue chip Institutions and Pfizer paying up for a place in the queue to buy it.
Puretech so below radar and beats me why it doesn't move 100% to Nasdaq and scrap the FTSE listing where the trading volumes and interest is practically zero.
All of Puretechs businesses are in the US and denominated in $ with nearly all the Investors in Puretech and it's founded entities being US based.
Soon the dam will burst.

Very positive that all the Directors bought shares as a group.
Now what is to stop Alora Pharmaceuticals from buying shares or will it await the FDA decision on approving the Phase 3 trial.

Historic revenues are irrelevant here as Ethernity with its revised strategy is moving from a development IT company to a growth company based on larger contracts and recurring income rather than an IP licencing company with one off contracts with smaller income streams.
In effect Ethernity is only starting now after years of R&D and miniscule revenues.
I hope we will see the company move to being cash positive in H1 2022 and heading for revenues of $20m by end of that year with major growth thereafter.
Levi and management are not in the game to run a €20m market cap minnow and frankly we as investors have greater aspirations as well.

So with cash at end of June 2021 of c£3.4m plus £750,000 available from 5G it gives us cash of around £4 m going forward to help get us to cash positive territory which I now forecast will be sometime in H1 2022.

Final investment under Subscription Agreement with 5G was for £1.5m £750,000 of which was drawn down in May under 5th Tranche leaving the 6th and final Tranche of £750,000 as yet undrawn.
That's my reading of situation with 5G and I stand open to correction.

The market panicked early doors on what was initially perceived as a revenue warning.
However on reading the RNS it is merely a revenue deferral warning with c $1/ 1.5m of the expected 2021 revenues being pushed into early 2022 because of Covid and the worldwide chip shortages.
The key point is the assurance given by management that sufficient funding is available for 2022 the key year for the growth and development of Ethernity.
I feel 100% better about my large investment after the RNS and am more confident that Ethernity's new strategy will succeed.
A number of deal announcements over the next 4/5 months could transform the SP.

For what it is worth I think the SP is at its nadir
Lanstead crashed it but appear to have stopped selling for the moment hence the TR1 form declaration.
It will be interesting to see what comes out of the two Tims visit to Ureka Sarl in France in next few weeks.
Still all to play for imho.

The jury is still out but the confidence that the Phase 3 trial of Lupuzor is a done deal is typical Tim.
If he is right then we will be fine.
However the boy who cried " Wolf " comes to mind.
Still I will hold until we see what happens this year.

With the SP at multi year lows and a market cap of c£19m and the FDA decision on Lupuzor still pending why sell now.
Lanstead partly baled out and reduced its holding significantly at what appears to be at a loss and small shareholders appear to be following its lead.
But something tells me there may be a twist in the tale here yet...just a feeling nothing more.
At 7.5p I couldn't be bothered selling now so I will see this to its conclusion one way or the other

Another weird trading day with just 18,000 shares dealt and SP up 3%.
Puretech ripe for corporate action and results next week could be interesting.
After hours trading volumes will be informative as usual and I expect big volume buys to be reported late.
Hopefully we are not taken out as Puretech management and newsflow could see SP surge to c£10 over the coming year.
Vedanta alone could increase Puretech market cap by 80% plus.
