Ethernity is in a much better place than 15 months ago when the SP collapsed to 13p or so when the pandemic was raging and 5G was pushed out to a distant future and a cash crisis nearly ruined the company.
A change in strategy 9 months ago by the management changed everything.
They went for bigger plays with a business solution formula rather small licencing deals and then the market opened for them and how they have responded.
The patent in April for its bonding technology was a game changer adding to the existing 4 US patents allowed Ethernity to meet critical needs for Global telecoms in providing extra bandwidth and 5G rollout
particularly in the massive US infrastructure spend( US Telecoms paid $90billion for spectrum licenses for 5G in past year) and Ethernity are right in the mix .
China telecoms need Ethernity technology and this is demonstrated by the recent major contract ...the first of many IMHO.
Add Tarana and the Indian OEM plus Europe( see recent contract) then one could get rather giddy.
The finishing line has arrived and one should be optimistic.
The management are top class with huge skin in the game and driven to succeed.
Anyway time for a Guinness!

In my view growth will be exponential from now on with revenues hitting $100 m in 2024.
Otherwise Ethernity is not what we think it is or what it's technology is capable of .
I would be surprised if revenues next year didn't reach $20m ...predicated on 5 more large contract announcements/ existing order upgrades in next 3 months
Next year is lift off and major growth as 5G expenditure soars worldwide.
My view only so be cautious.

I have now no doubt about the success of Ethernity .
It is a question of how big it is going to be .
The exercise of the 60p warrants at 80p share price is now IMHO a given which will give Ethernity the financial clout to drive revenues to over $100m within 2/3 years.
I said 6 months ago that David Levi and his team are not interested in running a company with $20 m revenues in a $trillion market .
They have aspirations which are much higher .

Sometimes the chase is more interesting than the capture.
Being of a certain age (old) I might be mildly elated at making a fortune here but it would be more about a sense of achievement about getting something right ( which even Mrs Dallo would be shocked by).
The Board here has been great over the last 3 years and has been good for the soul.
I know we are all anonymous people ( apart from me) but I would be happy if you , Bid , Tracy , Skid , Sergi , Uhlf and a few of the long timers made a lot of money here.
I said I would host a knees up in London if this works out and that offer still stands.

It is my understanding that AMD/XILINX provide the chips for Ethernity and hopefully this supply chain will continue without interruption.

Fund managers look at numbers and financial statements .
They are risk averse and want to follow the herd.
Some see opportunity in small caps but investment criteria prohibit others from getting involved.
Miton wanted more than it got in the Placing but it knew the company well.
Why risk your bonus on investing in a company with no broker research or financial track record.
The investors here have done detailed research and hopefully we have got it right.
But you never know!

If Ethernity is ever going to be taken over it will by AMD/Xilinx as they are so intertwined commercially and technologically but not my dear friends at a market cap of £26m.
Maybe add a zero to that and still petty cash to AMD.

AMD share price is up nearly 50% in past 9 months on US infrastructure plans and 5G rollout and growth in other markets including China.

Xilinx Inc the major US company acquired by AMD last year is the major supplier of FPGA technology in China with 50% of the market..Intel has 30%.
Ethernity is a trusted partner of Xilinx since 2012 and
is in collaboration with Xilinx in a number of product developments and markets.
The Chinese deal today could be the tip of the iceberg as China expect to spend over $400 billion in the next 5 years on 5G infrastructure spending.

Indeed the loyal band here may have another 10% plus say 15% held by recent placing long termers then you could estimate maybe a total of over 70/75% of the overall shares are held in sticky hands.
Therefore if good news continues then not a lot of shares available even taking 5G in account.
It would be nice if the business media picked up the Ethernity story and drew some new investors in.

Regarding possible bids for Ethernity they would want to be so tempting to persuade the 6 main shareholders ( including myself) who hold c46% of the total shares in issue to sell.
I don't think David Levi would dream of selling now just as the company is "reaching the finishing line " after a long marathon of hard work and, now escalating growth and revenues.

Groundbreaking contract from major Chinese OEM today.
Fantastic news.
I said a while ago that I expected a "plethora "of new contracts and at sizes in multiples of previous deals as Ethernity executed it strategy of becoming a major business solution provider to the world's Telecom industry.
Success breds success and expect accelerated transactions over the next year.
I bought a further 100,000 shares at 38p this morning before the market wakes up to the new Ethernity and brokers/ business media start sharpening their pencils.

So some random guy who has never heard of Ethernity picks up information on the placing after overhearing a conversation in a bar, say, and hey presto contacts his mate Mr 100k a major shareholder in the company and tells him the news and bingo Mr 100k rings his broker and sells c1 million shares.

I would also caution you on suggesting a leak / inside information from the company or its advisers
prompting an inside seller with knowledge of the upcoming placing.
It is dangerous ground you are walking on imho.
I fully trust the integrity and professionalism of Ethernity's management and its advisers.
If you do not maybe you should sell up and move on

Regarding the "fantasy " and "nonsense " of my articial spike thesis I refer to a post on ADVFN by KCowe dated 22 September where it is stated "I bought 660,000 shares......".
There were 2/3 other PIs who confirmed they had just bought significant amounts in the previous 2 weeks.
I will leave it at that as it is becoming somewhat tedious.

Your cryptic comments confused me .
I thought you were referring to the discounted nature of the placing and everyone wanted a piece of the action because of this.
The Placing was negotiated when the SP was 40p and agreed but in the next week or so an artificial spike in SP caused by 2/3 punters buying 2/3 million shares possibly on CFDs et al drove the SP TO 55/56P which made it look like a massive discount on the placing price .
That's what I was referring to and if I misread your vague comments I apologise.

You are probably right about a TR1 Form from Pemier Miton as it has move through a threshold from 6 % to over 7% ...maybe doesn't apply on AIM.
We shall see.

Premier Miton have gone from 6.6% to 7.34% after acquiring c1.4 m shares in the placing.
I am reliably informed they subscribed for a lot more.

You obviously do not understand the reason for the placing and the impact of a solid balance sheet in securing 2/3 year major multi million dollar contracts.
Please look at Ethernity's cash position at the Interims.
If you were a major Telecom OEM and wish to to sign 3 year $5 million contract with Ethernity's c $ 1 MILLION revenues and c $3 million losses would you sign up.
Go back to O Levels business class..this is the real world.
What a job Mark has done and now Ethernity is positioned for major growth and profitability.
The level of stupidity among a few here on how to run a real Public company in a start up situation is depressing .
