Not me for a change.
Market rules on late reporting of trades from a previous period are clear and MM must show date and time of late trades from prior trading period.
So it appears the 2 large trades shown after close are trades from today and obviously the big one was above the offer price.
Remember for every buyer there is a seller but very interesting nonetheless.

Interestingly the company has not pressed the warrants accelerator clause probably as the Directors and staff with over 1.1m warrants are now in a closed period and cannot exercise prior to release of annual accounts for 2020 OR an announcement of a major corporate / deal .
They are sitting on a unrealised gain on the 30p warrants of c £240,000 at the current SP of 52p.
Something is afoot hence my prediction of a "plethora " of newsflow in the coming weeks.

You may be right but all the experts are expecting major consolidation in the 5G space over the next year or so.
Perhaps one of the big US players will move on Ethernity and I have not ruled out Tarana who are are expected to list on Nasdaq within the next year at c $1b plus valuation.
All to play for and I am in for the long term ( 2/3years).
We just need the big transformational deal to get Ethernity up to a market of c£100m and then the games can commence.

I see Silicom and Ethernity as a natural fit together.
Both Israeli with great tech and once Ethernity progresses much further during the next 2 years or so I see a possibility of a merger to create a highly significant global company.

Taiwan Semiconductor to invest in new nano chip
Facility in Arizona expected to cost $12billion while other chip majors see over $100 billion being invested between them in new chip facilities in 2021.
Ethernity has not got the resources to build a modern high tech production facility which can take up to 3 years to built and at enormous cost.
Ethernity will more likely outsource or form partnerships with bigger player(s) when it comes to any large capital expenditure imho.

I agree with your comments on 5G but you were not , as far as I am aware , in Ethernity last July when the few faithful here were speculating on the extent of our losses as the SP plummeted to c12p.
5G took a risk and it has paid off in spades but future funding will ,I expect, be done via a rights issue or Placing .
I expect the next fund rising to happen when SP is far north of £1 imho.

Disclosure over 5% not related to 5G being a US Fund but the fact that Ethernity is a Non-UK Issuer
incorporated outside the UK.
I am a Non UK investor and could have gone for the 5% disclosure threshold but advised best practice was 3% but voluntary on my part.

I did not see the accelerated 5G funding coming.
I assumed it would be staggered over the 18 months at increasingly higher SP levels.
5G has obviously been selling a large amount of shares otherwise a TR1 Form would have been issued earlier.
I don't think we will see 5G on the shareholders register for long as newsflow appears imminent imho which may give 5G an opportunity to cash out all or part of its holding.
We need material business updates from the company not continual fund rising RNS every second day.
Apart Tarana and it's headline revenue figure of a meagre $430,000( we hope it will be much higher than this ) the company has not issued as yet the blockbuster deal (s) that will transform the investment case .
I have a feeling that may be about to change and we appear to be reaching a very interesting stage.

Volumes moving higher as I predicted a few weeks ago as the herd about to descend on the Immupharma waterhole yet again as the crucial FDA decision looms
Fully expect the SP to move higher in next few weeks as the punters return.
Getting over 10p will get rid of the decimal point SP moves to .25p ,.50p and .75p changes .
I see this happening this week for what it is worth.

I have no contact with any tea lady or anyone else in Ethernity but I have seen this share action many times before in other shares.
It is almost always a precursor to something very interesting as even in the tightest companies you cannot always spot a small leaky pipe .

We are all not naive but something is afoot here dear Watson.
I predicted last Friday that a "plethora of news is imminent" and the SP today appears to confirm this.
A few PIs buying shares doesn't have the effect that we witnessed today so fasten your seat belts.
This could get bumpy.

5G has technically 2 days following a holding position over 5% being reached to inform the company via a TR1 Form .
The 5% rule only applies to companies who are non UK Issuers like Ethernity who are incorporated in Israel NOT whether the investor is non UK based ( as I am).
We shall see see this week .
By the way the shares issued to them as a fee have nothing to do with today's RNS and relate to the 880,000 issued at the Subscription Agreement date.
It gave 5G the option whether to include these shares as part of future tranches or pay the Company for them as a additional subscription which it has done today.
Future issue of shares in respect of recent cash injections will obviously be issued at much higher SP levels precisely the way Levi designed it otherwise the dilution would have been highly detrimental to management and other shareholders .
Obviously well planned with foresight and one suspects with a very friendly ally.

880,000 shares issued the time of the Agreement involved an option for 5G either to use them against future subscriptions or to pay for them separately .
The shares issued as a fee was a further sweetener in the deal and nothing to do with today's RNS ....where the clue is in the title " Additional Payment".
So 5G now can finish Subscription Agreement as planned with an additional 880,000 shares now bagged .
Proving to a very lucrative deal for 5G.

The 2020 accounts will show figures that are broadly irrelevant with tiny revenues , losses and strapped cash position more akin to a start up.
The current position and 2021 outlook are much more important and the sooner Ethernity release the 2020 accounts the better and investors can then focus on the road ahead.
The past is a memory and the future a dream so let's get the warrants cashed and turn the future into reality.
I expect a plethora of newsflow over the coming weeks

Remember some folks have bought shares at c12-15p and are up 35p or so or 250-300% return in 10 months .
Others have bought at c145p and many at between 20p and 45p....the levels seen over the past year.
So different investment scenarios giving rise to various investor responses.
We will all have our decisions to make over time.
Hopefully they will be very pleasant ones.

Just for clarification I said Ethernity is " a POSSIBLE once in a lifetime opportunity BUT I STRESS NOT WITHOUT RISK".
I have to be very careful as a large shareholder not to be seen to be ramping my own book and stress again there is no certainty in the Stock Market particularly on AIM.
Newbies such as Marcal and others should not accept postings here as investment advice or the posters having wisdom beyond the normal when predicting share price movements.
They should always do their own research and trade based on their own analysis and within their financial limits.
Remember a 100% return on an investment can be a lifetime opportunity realised so the experienced investors here will top slice if SP moves significantly higher even though I am a buyer not a seller at this moment in time.
