Some of the stars staying in the Westbury loved popping next door to McDaids but we always refused to close it to the public to allow private pints .
Some amazing impromptu sessions on Saturday afternoons with local buskers and young Bono and Geldoff joining in.
ZZ TOPS walked out one night when I put on one of their songs and everyone started dancing.
Jumped up gob****es.
Anyway back to Wales v France...what a cracker.

I used to own the famous pub Mc Daids beside the Westbury mentioned in James Joyce's Ulysses
and noted for the famous people who frequented the boozer.
I met Rod Stewart , Elton John and loads of other stars during my time there in the 80s.
Oh the sweet bird of youth..it flies away so quickly.

I am not in any way anti English with many English pals .
I love all sports and played squash all my life with annual matches in England ,Wales and Scotland with a combination of enthusiasm and mediocrity.
I love Liverpool soccer team and love the ordinary English sense of fair play and decency .
My son works in London and I cannot wait to get over to the great English pubs around Kensington and Notting Hill.

Now come on Wales for a dream Celtic double.
I live a mile from the Aviva stadium in Dublin and I can hear the ghostly roars of 50,000 absent Irish supporters.Sadly pubs closed so Dublin is not the same after thrashing the Auld Enemy.
Still we will enjoy the victory tonight remembering some tough days in Twickenham over the years.

Sergi and Tracy are in a way both correct.
With Napatech at a market cap of c$ 180m and Silicom at c$340m they are a different investment case than Ethernity with a market cap of just £16m.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating and it is now crucial that Ethernity shows its mettle and demonstrates that it's IP sells.
Confirmation of this will be transformative for the company and hence we all await some positive news.
I remain confident this will happen soon.

Nearly 60% of the shares in Ethernity are held by 6 shareholders including myself who have a declared interest of over 3%.
I suspect another 10% held by staff , 5G Fund and connected parties.
This board may have another 10% between the 10/ 15 posters here.
So there is possibly only 20% "free float" in the shares which could be highly significant if major news is announced.
Hence why I maintain that the SP will have a major upswing if proof of concept is confirmed and deals concluded
This SP reaction could be dramatic but first we need the news to fire the rocket.

David, Brian, Mark , Yosi and the superb management team are not working their tails of for salaries but know this is the big opportunity of their lives with their cash and reputations on the line.
I fully expect them to deliver imho.

While it may appear to some that I am taking a reckless gamble on Ethernity I am in reality playing with the bookies money after liquidating some profits in Kape Tech , another great Israeli Tech company, ..up 400% in 18 months and Puretech ...up 250% in last year .
I still hold stakes in these 2 companies but reinvested gains in acquiring c4% in Ethernity who I believe will be a huge winner if everything falls in place.
If not it is only the bookies money!

The worm is slowly turning here.
I still have c2m shares in Immupharma and expect a lot of drama during the coming months.
The fast buck Freddys seem to have departed and some new investors appearing recently.
Volumes moving up again and still all to play for.
I expect some important newsflow very soon.
That's how Immupharma has historically traded.
Still a bull albeit cautiously optimistic.

I suspect that I may be unbalanced rather than my portfolio.
Anyway I was reasonably reassured by the appointment of Yosi Albagli as Chairman and don't think he would have signed up if he was
not 100% confident in the company and management.
Big punt I admit but let's see what happens.

I have a very large holding in Kape at an average of £1 and have been here for 2 years.
Makes up for some other not so successful investments and that's why it is all the sweeter.
This is a well managed company within a hugely expanding market and is cash generative with a growing and loyal customer base ( 83% retentions).
The acquisitions have been well executed and earnings enhancing with more to come in the next few years as the Industry consolidates.
Kape intends to be a big beast in the industry when the serious M&A gets going .
Erlichman has said he wants to drive Kape to a £1 billion market cap by 2022.
They should achieve this objective by the end of 2021 imho.
Well done to all here .

Clearly stated in RNS............£15,000 of annual fees in equity.
So approx 50,000 shares at current SP depending on terms of contract.
Most likely issued quarterly so less shares if SP rises and more if it drops.
A minor issue for an EGM but thats the way it is done.

I thought the market might have had a reaction to the appointment of a Chairman of calibre.
However it has barely shrugged and gone back asleep .
Effectively there is NO market in Ethernity shares at the moment and until we get real news the volumes will be negligible and the SP moribund.
That is the fact of life in an AIM minnow.
with low liquidity / free shares.
We have be patient but news cannot be far away imho.

I have commended the Ethernity management on the much improved website and in particular to Brian on the clear and informative technical pieces now appearing on the website which give both customers and investors a greater appreciation of the company's excellent techology and major market potential.
As Tracy has said many times the opportunity is fast approaching with 5G and management is now beginning to ratchet up the information flow.
There is little point in the orchestra playing if there is no audience to hear it.
The audience is now entering the theatre and the conductor has raised his baton.
Hopefully some sweet music during the coming months from Ethernity.

100% correct as I know too well.
As in life nothing goes according to plan and every decision involves risk from relationships ,business and black swans appearing out of nowhere .
The best laid plans of mice and men can turn to dust.
However the thrill of life sometimes involves risk taking and we have all taken a risk with Ethernity .
If it comes good we will party and enjoy our good fortune but if it fails there is always a nice claret and a cigar and a raging wife who will tell you you are an idiot.
There is an old Finnish saying "that behind every successful man is an astonished wife"
Lets hope my indoors is suitably astonished with ENET.

I honestly don't think David, Brian ,Mark and the rest of the team are in the game to sell out at the IPO price or slightly higher.
The ambition is much stronger than that.
But they know they have to deliver and I am confident they will.
I am still a buyer and may move again soon even at higher SP levels.

There are over 30 Israeli tech companies with a valuation over $1billion and this number is expected to increase to 50 within the next 2 years.
Kape Tech has a valuation of c$ 600m and could reach a $1 billion market cap over the next 12/18 months.
Meanwhile Ethernity Networks has a market cap of just £16m.
You can swim with the big fish for only so long before you become lunch.
Big few months ahead for our little company.

Interesting times in Israel tech sector with Kape Tech today taking over Webselenese for $150m .
Webselenese is a near neighbour of Kape in Tel Aviv and adds to the near $8billion of M&A transactions completed in the sector in the past 12 months but down on the c$15billion done in 2019.
My sources in Tel Aviv tell me that M&A is sparking once more with an expected 100 or more large transactions in the tech sector this year.
Time to get going for Ethernity .
