I said that I was going off the air but some final comments on last week's RNS.
For Art Deas of Avion to describe the discussions with the FDA as positive and there being a clear clinical and regulatory pathway to Phase 3 is very important.
If this was not case the FDA would issue a rebuttal very quickly and seriously damage the Alora Group standing with the FDA .
Also the 3 key executives of Immupharma , a public company, also commented on the very positive discussions with the FDA in the RNS and in the subsequent interview with Proactive Investor.
The consequences of making false statements regarding the FDA could be extremely serious so that is why I feel the reaction to last week's RNS was unduly negative and unwarranted.

Napatech market cap is indeed just under $200m
I was using Danish rather than Norwegian Krona / $ exchange rate.
Silly of me
Silicom market cap is $340m for what it is worth
and is another Israeli tech company.

That Ladies and Gentlemen is why Napatech are at a Market Cap of $300m and ENET at £18m.
Big year ahead for Levi and the team to show their mettle

The question is would you invest in Ethernity at a market cap of just £18m with its patented technology and growth prospects or Napatech at c$300m market cap.
Clearly the risk reward equation clearly points to Ethernity.

Just for reference Silicom and Napatech have market caps of over $ 300m respectively while Ethernity has a market cap of £18m.
Silicom and Napatech both have minimal earnings at the moment but the market is projecting ahead to huge growth hence the large market caps.
Sadly on AIM Ethernity is not afforded such ratings
but hopefully that will change.

I urge anyone who wishes to understand the Smart NIC Market and in particular the FPGA based techology to read Napatech excellent Q3 Financial presentation and accompanying Webcast.
It gives an excellent overview of the market, opportunities and major players.
Silicom and Napatech are currently the independents in the Smart NIC Market with a combined 3% but growing with Ethernity gaining traction.
As an example of superb investors relations Napatech is way ahead of Ethernity at the moment but we are improving fast.
Ultimately you could see corporate action with the smaller players or more likely takeovers by the big boys.
A huge year for Ethernity and exciting times in this massive and accelerating sector
I would be interested in views on the Napatech presentation from Tracy and the crew.

I hope my last post is construed as ramping
which I hate but possibly brought on by the bottle of red wine I have tucked into with a nice Cuban cigar while the wife is upstairs playing online bridge.

The key to the rising SP has been positive newsflow starting with the December update and this week's announcement of trials with 3 Tier 1
Server vendors.
This is proof of an accelerating move by the company to product validation and potential revenues of over $100m in the next 2 years and much more as the $trillion dollar 5G rollout booms.
This is the 3rd great Industrial revolution and within 5 years our world will be transformed according to Elon Musk and others.
We as investors in ENET are in the right space and
if Levi and his team get it right the rewards will be unbelievable.
Still a long way to go but at a bizarre market cap
of c£18m and patented techology surely the downside for investors is low.
More positive news will keep the SP on an upward trajectory and the sky is the limit.
Realism or ramping only time will tell but my chips are on the table.

which clearly stated that the Phase 1/ Phase 11A study on cancer patients in France was completed
although did not mention Nucant specifically.

I have looked back on all the early morning trades of the 9th and indeed the late reported trades shown as sells could have been buys as the prices are consistent with the buying prices at around 8.45 to 9.3pm.
So may not have been 5G selling after all.
The plot thickens!

What is the talk about Juniper and a takeover.
Who suggested that or is it idle ramping?
There is no way that ENET would sell when things are about to get interesting.
Management can block any takeover as it has over 25% of the shares.
Company needs over 75% of shareholders to call an EGM and approve a takeover.

We have discussed 5G at length on the board here.
They are short term funders who invested when ENET were tight on cash in September
last year.
They had a number of events of default if the SP dropped below a certain level.
Happily management constructed the Subscription Agreement to allow for a staggered
inflow of funds based on a rising SP to avoid unnecessary dilution .
This has worked out very well so far .
The 826k shares issued on the 7th January were at c22.75p and most if not all have been been sold.
The 2nd tranche of £ 400,000 has been called on a prepayment basis but has not been exercised
as of now.
If 5G exercise tomorrow at say 40p it will be issued with over a million shares which is
still below a disclosure level of 3%.
This is how it works for short term funders who do not want to disclose a notifiable
interest.
I suspect that 5G may not wait too long to exercise the 2nd trance so it is up to Levi to get
the SP up quickly to reduce the number of shares to be issued and minimise any dilution.

I am referring to the actual allotment of 836k shares issued on the 7th January.
5G has not requested issuance of the 2nd tranche yet so this could forthcoming soon but at the current or higher SP

Finally I have not seen any original research or insights from Nolupus in the past year other than opaque questions with everyone left hanging for answers.
So please give us your detailed knowledge and comments when you are ready.

If you have done extensive research and still think the FDA are " not buying it" or the management are putting a gloss on the FDA talks and are spoofing investors when don't you run for the hills?

I have not ramped this or other share just give some insights which naive investors may have overlooked.
We all know the risks but I felt obliged to comment here after the doom and gloom of the departing gamblers yesterday as they were departing the scene.
You know I am not a ramper just like to occasionally throw some positives and proper research into the mix.
You have been the resident Cassandra here for many years and you were right to preach caution prior to the last Phase 3 trial when the Market Cap was £250m or so.
But now only a few of us are left from the old days
and lets see what happens.

Regarding round numbers I tried to have an average buying price at around what the average
price the warrant holders at 20p and 30p ie 25p
would pay.
I didn't want to be the only clown in the circus .
As for buying more we shall wait and see.

See December RNS in relation to c840,000 shares
So over 50% return in 2 months .
That's what these boys like.
Great deal for 5G and no serious dilution for Levi and the management.
Imagine if 5G chucked the full £3.2m in at 14p
They would own the company now.
This was never going to happen so Sub Agreement controlled by management and everyone is happy.
