I am assuming because of the size of the late reported sales and the fact that the last tranche
taken up by 5G was at around 22p it did a quick flip.
The original tranches were mid teens and were flipped in the 25p range.

See further patent approvals in 2014 for a range of peptide drug deliveries.
Lupuzor is a member of the peptide family of drug
Compounds covered by patents held by Immupharma.
Do you want patent expiry dates and possible extensions before generic approvals.

I have done extensive research and am happy that Immu at a market cap of c£25m is not a dead duck
but I have been wrong before.

Breaking news just come through now after hours..
It looks like the US 5G fund sold c640,000 shares yesterday
just after the RNS.
If so it is great news as the overhang is gone or very little left anyway.
Fast buck Freddies indeed.
MMs kept the sells under wraps until buyers moved in today and yesterday .
Clever .

Immupharma has 5/6 drugs in development over two platforms
and holds 70 worldwide patents ( source Reuters Research)
Ureka Sarl has just completed a Phase 1 /11A Trial study on cancer patients in France
and another peptide drug for major pain relief as an alternative to morphine and opioids
is in pre-clinical development.
Incanthera , the cancer prevention suncream could be a blockbuster and Immupharma
MAY gather huge investment returns if successful.
So you never know.

Remember Immupharma has patents for its Nucant peptide drugs
from the USA , EU, Japan and Australia .
The patent family covers millions of peptide constructs which prevents
other Pharmas from working in the area and covers cancer, age-related eye disease
Diabetes and wound treatments.
The patents were obtained through the collaboration with Centre National de Recherches Scientifique
France and Europe's largest Research facility.
This peptide drug is being developed in France by Ureka Sarl , Immupharma's sudbsidiary
and news on which may be forthcoming soon.
How much is the patented Peptide programme worth?
That is the question.

I am not in the slightest bit disappointed and indeed am quite sanguine
about IMMU.
Market cap is tiny so risk-reward looks fine to me at the moment
given its cash, Lupuzor, Ureka Sarl, and the stake in Incanthera.
I will hang around for a while and see what happens.
I suggest you stick to share boards you are invested in as you are begining
to act like a supercilious stalker on this board.

By the way, why are you still here on the board when you have no
interest in the shares or belief in the management or Lupuzor.
You must have nothing better to do .

Not really as there are, imho, a few more forced sellers on CFDs and stop losses
to be cleared out.
If EVE is a real person with the 1.5m shares she/he/it said they had and are now selling
into a very tight market, I am surprised the SP has held up reasonably well after over 16m
shares dealt since yesterday ...mainly sells.
Bounce back will happen once things settle down imho.

Once the short term traders many who have punted using CFDs are rinsed out
over the coming days, the SP should stabilise back around 12/13p with the herd
arriving back in May/June for another roll of the dice.
I remain a firm holder as I have been for the last 3 years with an average breakeven
price of around 18p.

You would expect some profit-taking from a few fast buck Freddies after the 2-day jump
in the SP. That is why it is called a market and good luck to them if they make a profit.
Some of us feel, rightly or wrongly, that the company is only starting its journey this year
and are prepared to be patient but everyone has their own investment parameters and thats fine.

The interview is clear and very positive and the Phase 3 should go ahead as the information
requested by the FDA IS" NOT DOING TO PRESENT A PROBLEM FOR IMMU TO DELIVER".
My previous posts of yesterday stressed the positives of the RNS but were ignored by the
fast buck Freddies here.
We are in a very good place with the FDA and it is very likely if not certain that the Phase 3
will be underway this year.
By the way, the poster who says Avion is a small company needs to research the whole Group.
Alora Pharma and its subsidiaries Acella and Avion who operate out of a state of the art 60,000 sq ft manufacturing
facility in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Georgia, has secured numerous FDA approvals for its drugs and has won awards for the best place to work in the US medical reps industry in 2019 and 2020.
As for the Group's sales it is difficult to find out as the Group is a private company but a figure of over $500m was mentioned in 2019 .
Investors should feel better , I hope , after listening to the interview with McCarthy and Franklin.

Looks like Algorithm automatic trades.
You see it in countless other shares but mainly larger cap .
This is a first for ENET and MMs trying to keep lid on with repetitive auto trades of small size.
Strange but only heading one way today imho.

The 45000 shares listed as a sell at 4.33pm at 35.777 p was my buy at a blended price for two amounts of 20k and 25k respectively .
Damn those decimals!

Also RNS says a final GUIDANCE meeting is planned in Q 2 with the FDA ...

Seems discussions with FDA are still very much alive imho.

The key statement in the news release is " that the FDA CLARIFIED that an SPA is not APPLICABLE".
This caught my eye and does it mean that the strict terms of a FDA SPA in the Phase 3 are not to be applied and a wider set of endpoints is being discussed hence the request for additional pharmacology data on Lupuzor by the FDA prior the final meeting

I do not the RNS was totally negative .
If the FDA was to reject a 2nd Phase 3 for Lupuzor then obviously we are all in trouble but market cap is just c£24m with cash for 2 more years plus Ureka Sarl and Incanthera.
For what it is worth I still the Phase 3 will get the go ahead.
The short term punters are in panic mode but the SP will be stable until we hear the FDA 's final ruling imho

Got the balance of 25k after hours to complete the 50k....now a rightly stuffed shrimp.
The wife is beginning to suspect something is up but I told her that it was lockdown madness that prompted me to talk to myself and say things like Eternity ..bring it on!
She thinks I am a tad depressed.

The whale has turned into a shrimp and I only got 25,000
at c 34p.
I will stop chasing it higher for the moment but looking very good
for the exercise of the 30p warrants particularly if we get any further news.

Just amazing that a tiny company like Ethernity is having its products trialled by 3 major International Service Vendors along with all its other activities currently in the melting pot.
The significance of a success in the product trials and the attendant cooperation and development work with the vendors is beyond description in terms of revenues and the SP.
Great news which will sink in soon in the wider market.
Got some more shares at 35p but not a lot available now.
