The market today suggests news imminent with SP moving higher .
It could be both a trading update and an acquisition .
Next week looks likely for some upbeat developments imho.

There are 25 5G Israeli located companies involved in Military, Robotics, Virtual Reality , Telecommunications, Internet of things, etc.
Intel, Qualcomm are among the 10 US tech majors among the 25 enterprises operating there.
It is becoming a prime global tech centre for innovation and R&D .
The Israeli Government is offering huge incentives for global tech to set up in Israel.
ENET is in a good place to develop and grow imho.

Nobody but a fool would rule out a takeover of ENET but only at a price acceptable particularly to management.
The 5G revolution is going to result in winners and losers in a multi trillion industry of the future.
Massive consolidation will take place in the next year or so and ENET must position itself to extract maximum shareholder value when the bun fight gets serious.
In my view it is extremely unlikely it will independent in 2 years time.
The large predators will be devouring the small fry.
I will take £3 a share or better.

Oh another thing I forgot to mention....
CEVA s main development centre is where else but Israel
ENET market cap and revenues are currently too
small for a Nasdaq listing but in time it is the market to be on for growth companies .
AIM is useless .
Another one of my investments , Puretech Health , a FTSE 250 company whose SP was stagnant for a year until it listed on NASDAQ in November 2020 and the SP is up 60% since.
As for a takeover of ENET it will all come down to price and the decision of the management who control ,in effect , the company .
Not a chance at the moment but at £3 a share and a management role in a larger Group Levi may be tempted.

ENET market cap is c£17m.
I have done a quick analysis of some the "small" quoted US companies involved in 5G and for example take CEVA Inc which has revenues of c$90m and loss making and has similar products to ENET but no patents that I could see.
Share price doubled in past year and big hopes for growth as the 5G rollout accelerates.
Oh forgot to mention..CEVA has a market cap of $1.4 billion.
An example of the crazy valuations of 5G stocks on Wall Street.
So don't despair boys and girls.

In fairness you have consistently right over the past 12 months or so which is why you are so well respected ..at least by me anyway.

Finally if Ethernity and it's Nomad are aware of a large shareholder on the share register who has not reported its notifiable holding it could pose a market abuse risk even though it is the sole responsibility of the shareholder to notify.
I have served on public companies as a Director and am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants so unless 5G issue a TR1 form it must have less than 3%.

Also given the potential size of the investment by 5G in the context of the then market cap of Ethernity which given that if the SP had not rallied could have constituted a possible change of ownership it represented a clear notifiable situation to the FCA .
Thankfully the company knew what it was doing and the SP increase has been beneficial to all.
There are events of the default in the Subscription Agreement which protected 5G and I for one am glad they are not representing an large overhang on the share price...unless it comes out with a TR 1 form in the next few days.
I do not expect this to happen.

Logic beats vague whispers.
5G has had c3.25 million shares issued to it in total after last Thursday.
If it has more than 1 .45m shares it HAS to issue a TR-1 Form to the company and the FCA or face penalties.
Hence logic and nothing more suggests it has sold a large part of its holdings .
This type of Subscription Agreement is quite common..I have seen 2 in companies I have invested in and in both cases the investor was gone in six months as the SP moved higher.

I could not agree more.
5G Fund is just a quick buck trader while the vast majority of shareholders here (75% plus) are longterm holders imho.
Thankfully 5G will not have a large overhang now with maybe just 700k or so shares left to offload.
Events during the coming months hopefully will see it gone.
Apparently I don't have to produce a TR-1 Form today as I have not gone through 4% ...after recent purchases I now have 3.65% despite shares in issue increasing.
The company has updated it's website today to reflect the increased holding.

Fully agree with you.
It looks like 5G has offloaded another 300k possibly from the 835k it got today .
It got these shares at around 23p so just taking quick gains.
I don't think 5G will have many shares left by the end of next week.
It has added to liquidity and increased the investor base with no overhang which is great news for us all.
5G is a fast buck Freddy and has served it's purpose when the company needed funds.
Mark is confident of the 30p warrants being exercised soon and today's RNS supports his view.
Looking very good for the near term .

5G was a convenient stop gap when cash flow was tight but Levi was not going to sell the farm for a hill of beans so it worked out well and after the positive update in December the share price took the sting out of the deal.
Another c £1m to come from 30p warrants very soon so no excuses for Levi and the team to move rapidly forward in the next quarter.
Expect fireworks imho

Also 5G is restricted under the Subscription Agreement on how many shares it can sell on a daily basis to maintain an orderly market.
It is already cleaning up and is a controlled seller expecting a higher SP to offload future tranches.
It will not be around for the longterm avoiding a overhang which is a killer for small cap companies.
Levi and the team planned for this in the Subscription Agreement and has proved a wise move.

It is not holding for nominees and like Cipio has to disclose.
I think you are making a mountain out of a molehill but I for one am impressed with Mark's professionalism and he very clearly stated that it is full responsibility of shareholders to notify and not the company so the fact it hasn't so far clearly suggests that the shares are being traded.
Any one can now see this but until Bid asked the question today I stupidly assumed 5G were long term.
I am even more reassured now that the investor base has widened and we don't have a major overhang of shares from 5G.
Good to have a proper debate and I respect your views as always.

Last point about Mark talking about a MAJOR shareholder is not true as I suspect that 5G Fund has sold almost all of its shares obtained to date and maybe some of the 836k it got today .
If they have not it will have to do a TR-1 Form early next week.
I don't expect one.
Finally Mark said he welcomes contact with as many retail investors as possible who are medium/ longterm holders and you can get in touch with him if you wish.

He was stating the bleeding obvious not insider comments....5G got c 3.25m shares and currently do not have a notifiable % c 1.4m shares so it is obvious it is selling and the market is now fully aware of this.
So should I have been sooner when no TR-1 Form
was forthcoming.
I think we now have market knowledge that is clear to all shareholders which is a good thing.
