Getting some traction on ADVFN with punters getting excited.
Still not too late to join the party.
Our small band of believers is no longer alone but we had some great chats and posts with particular thanks to Tracy or is it Cheryl from Swansea.
Why am I obsessed with Cheryl?

Over 30p so day 1 of the 20p Warrant accelerator clause.
If SP stays above 30p for the 5 consecutive days then warrants are called so use them or lose them.
I suspect almost all warrant horders ( including a third owned by Directors etc) will exercise thus bringing c£650,000 in funds into the company.
Next stop 40p and potentially another £975,000 in warrants cash .
Looking good.

MMs are short of stock ....nothing of any size under 31p....I know as I am trying to get some.

6.5 m shares issued in July placing mostly to PIs so with the warrants some are taking over 125% profit with the warrants to come at 20p and 30p.
That's where the shares are coming from imho.

Even at an SP of £1 the market cap would only be c £45m which is nothing given the valuations of US 5G companies on Nasdaq with nothing like the IP of Ethernity.
That is about to change imho

I suspect , as I said last week, that the band of believers on this board are no longer alone and the investment community is suddenly alive to our company's massive potential in this trillion dollar new world.
Even at a SP of £1 this opportunity is still cheap.
The next few weeks are going to be very exciting .

The 2 after hours trades of 50,000 and 66,668 are both buys from mid-afternoon
at 27.75p and 27.325p respectively ...standard late reporting like many of my own
trades in the past.

Yes I will have to do another TR-1 Form when I go below 3% if more warrants are exercised and I don't buy anymore.
Rest assured I am not selling one share for a very long time.

I think we now safely say that almost all the warrants will be exercised soon which will add c£ 1.6m to Ethernity's bank account to assist in funding and with 5G Fund set to add further funding in coming months it is looking very good for 2021.

Some much needed liquidity will be injected as the warrants are exercised which by the looks of things is not very far away with the SP price action today.
Tracy I know bought in small amounts while I went for large buys when sentiment was weak and sellers were moving out.
The ship is now sailing and sentiment is very positive so hard to buy in size .

I have a major declared interest in a Israeli 5G chip maker Ethernity Networks on the cusp of very interesting times....it is a minnow which is why I have been able to take a major holding( see RNS of last week).

Nice to see the warrants exercised prior to the accelerator limits of 30p and 40p respectively ...
I always thought most warrant holders would wait for the limits to be reached first but it a positive to see someone exercising early.
My day in the sun may be over if further warrants exercised as I may drop below 3%....unless I buy some more which I am not ruling out.
Buying at c25p is not too much above warrant price.
I agree with Tracy that a sharp move higher in the SP could happen very soon and the lucky ( smart) warrant holders are sitting pretty.

It is no surprise that the SP fell back a bit on Friday considering that the PIs who participated in the Placing of 6.5m shares at 12p in July had doubled their investment in 5 months .
It was to be expected particularly as the Placees still hold warrants .
So for the SP to push on we need to get rid of these loose holders and that will be achieved with more new investors attracted by the inevitable positive newsflow during the coming months

You have got to remember that back in September Enet was struggling for cash and the Market Cap was c£6/7m .
So the Subscription Agreement to raise up to £3.2m was structured on a tranche basis based on future SP levels and within the prepayment time frames.
If 5G wanted to invest £3.2m direct into Enet in September it would have ended up with over 40/50 % of the company and management would been heavily diluted. Also Stock Exchange rules would not have allowed such a direct investment...5G would have had to make a bid for the whole company.
The deal resulted in £500,000 cash injection without much dilution and any further cash invested will hopefully be at higher SP levels again with reduced dilution for Levi and the management.
Nobody on the board here thinks they are in US Treasuries and we recognise this is a very high risk investment but the rewards could be staggering if Enet is a success.
I invested in another IsraelI AIM stock last year..Kape Tech and have seen its SP more than treble in 18 months.
The key rule in investing is don't lose money so I invested the Kape profits in Ethernity.
If it doesn't work out I am back to square one but after yesterday's update I am here for the longterm and may buy more .

When I say 5G hasn't appear on the share register I meant via a TR-1 showing a holding position.
5G of course is on the share register for the upfront shares they got as part of the deal.
It is a complex Subscription Agreement and the RNS takes a bit of reading but so far 5G has not exercised the 1st tranche of the option to subscribe.
