Sol developed by the Bradford University Cancer
Institute is apparently groundbreaking as the cream penetrates deep into the skin cells giving greater protection.
I know little more than you on the product other than what Incanthera are saying so DYOR.

Add in Ureka Sarl SAS with its peptide cancer,metabolism and anti viral, bacteria and new anti fungal therapies investors in IMMU should realise it has a little more to it than just Lupuzor ( albeit the key driver)
Now we know that with the new COO on board and the options granted today the Board are feeling more confident that for many years.
Also enough cash to keep the party going for at least 2 more years and only a market cap of £30m.
Risk reward looks reasonably good to me

If Sol is approved and marketed and captures say 2% of the worldwide market Incanthera would be valued at over a $billion with revenues of $200m a year.
Pure mad speculation and conjecture on my part but apparently Chairman Tim is a true believer.

The worldwide market for suncream is c$10b and Incanthera has moved from proof of concept for its anti cancer suncream product Sol to clinical analysis showing it being having the same sensitivity outcome to currently marketed baby / children suncream..the highest level.
Incanthera has applied for a patent for Sol until 2041.
It hopes to have a marketing and distribution agreement in place within the next 12-18 months.
Immu has over 15% of Incanthera while Chairman has 6 %.
Sol could be a huge success or just another dream but it looks like Tim is very confident.

has apparently some potential and could be marketed next year .
Chairman Mao Tse Tim seems very confident.

Calm down ....there is NO dilution just options which will vest in 3 years and which MAY never be exercised if SPA/Phase 3 fail.
Look at previous options granted ..none ever exercised and all under the deep blue sea.

Read the RNS carefully.
The options are vested only after 3 years from the date of grant.
So no flood of these exercised options for 3 years by which time we will be long gone out of here.

You are back to being the Cassandra of the Immu board.
You were right the last time about the risks in the Phase 3 .
I am just wondering why you are still here as I don't think you were even invested the last time.
We all know the risks here and some like me are prepared to take them .
I am not interested in arguing with anonymous posters and have only started posting again in the last few weeks.
Thankfully I don't think I have much more to say so I am withdrawing to the sidelines to await the FDA outcome.ATB

I shouldn't say flawed but they think more Antibody positive Lupus sufferers were in the European cohort.
I am sure Avion has looked closely into the previous Phase 3 results andhave acted accordingly.
Didn't take long for the rottweilers to arrive!

Efficacy proved (72% v 48%) in trial of European cohort between outcomes of patients given Lupuzor (72%) and those given placebo( 48%) in patients with Antibody positive profiles ( 60-65% of all Lupus sufferers)
However US trial results were not as clear cut which IMMU put down to trial design flaws...as Mandy Rice Davies once remarked ..they would say that wouldn't they!
So maybe more to the conditional approval request by Avion than we first thought particularly in this Covid 19 nightmare where Diabetics and Lupus sufferers are 25 times more vulnerable than healthy people( US Dept of Health Stats 2020)

Pfizer and Moderna are applying for emergency approval for their Covid 19 vaccines from the FDA.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) are also reviewing but it calls it conditional approval and both Agencies allow drugs to proceed subject to ongoing review and further testing.
Vaccines for vulnerable Covid 19 cohort with autoimmume deseases must not interreact with existing treatments .....Lupuzor is proven to be safe with antibiotics, steroids and anti malaria drugs and almost all Lupus sufferers take the anti flu vaccine every year.
The FDA and the EMA may view Lupuzor as an added protection against Covid 19 even when taken with the vaccines .
So maybe Avion in asking for conditional approval are not totally bonkers after all.
Pure conjecture on my part so hold back the attack dogs!

Lupus is an autoimmune disease like Diabetes and many others and sufferers are a prime risk for Covid19 ...is this the reason why Avion are pushing for a conditional approval for Lupuzor which was shown to be safe and effective in Lupus sufferers who are Antibody positive.in the European cohort in the last Phase 3 trial...just a thought.

By the way the US tax write offs for R&D and drug trials means that Avion's net cash outlay may only be c$10m....a small bet on a potential huge return.
