Don't see why not as I am not an insider or know anyone in the company so I think I can express opinions on this board provided I have no inside or market restricted information.
I am the same guy who had less than 3% a week ago but I will check it out.

5G haven't crystallised its options yet so no shares ,apart from a small amount given to them(him) in the deal.
It is NOT a fund but a private US /Israeli investor registered in Delaware for privacy purposes who Levi brought in on a structured investment basis so as to not dilute management's shareholding .
It is an individual not a fund and I would say he will not be allowed to exercise options until price reaches certain trigger points .
At the moment this investor has not appeared on the share register and after today's update he will not get a significant % shareholding but will make a nice return if Levi allows him .

There are 5G stocks on the Nasdaq valued at $500m with less technology and prospects than Ethernity .
Even at a SP of 40p we would only have a market cap of c£17m which is bonkers after todays update.
The herd is arriving and if we get a tip from the likes of Simon Thompson in the Investors Cronicle
all bets are off.

The crew here may notice this is the 1st time I have put Strong Buy on any of my posts but now I fully believe it.
If the warrant holders exercise both tranches at 20p and 30p they will get a weighted average buy in price of 25p when SP hits 40p so those who who feel left out may still be able to get in at around 28p tomorrow but only in small volumes.
However I think we are heading for 40p very soon so the opportunity may not arise.
What a bargain these were at 14p which Tracy rightly said was crazy.

I didn't think my TR-1 would be accompanied by a really positive update...someone might think I knew something which obviously I did not.
I have been advocating for more newsflow from the company for months and finally it has delivered ...I thought they were working hard behind the scenes but investors needed to be kept informed...this they have done and in spades.
Investors relations was a bit lacking but now they have something tangible to say and expect more of the same in the coming months.
The warrants will be exercised soon and the US Investor 5G Fund will begin to exercise the options in the Subscription Agreement so cash will not be an issue to drive growth in 2021.
Still a buyer at this depressed levels.
Also I now have a direct contact with the team in Ethernity and the future looks very bright indeed.
Tracy knew it and now I feel we will be joined by more PIs so we are not alone anymore.

No shares (ADS) to trade ..needs liquidity but it will come soon if Invesco releases some of its 32%.

A lot of Form filling and computer files to upload in correct format so as to comply with FCA formatting ....not my strong point.

Don't think I am being negative.
At a market cap of £9m this is a once in a lifetime opportunity .
Ethernity has the technology and patents and we think a driven management team.
There are mad valuations in Covid Pharmas on AIM and in 5G stocks worldwide .
You only have to say you are in 5G in the US and you have a stock market valuation of $500m .
Ethernity is so far under the radar that few people know it exists.
Levi is sitting on a diamond but the market thinks he is homeless and on welfare.

What I meant about the corner shop reference is that they are paying their Chairman and non executive Director in shares in instead of fees.
The equivalent of saying to employees in a corner shop to take some stock instead of wages.
Time for action

I have been in the Stock Markets for over 45 years and the only thing stopping some corporate raider or competitor from moving in on this minnow is that management want to hold onto to their shareholding ...this situation cannot continue for long .
They are operating this listed company like a corner shop.
I can see corporate action soon if they fail to perform much longer.
I think they know what they are doing and are smart guys and that it why I am invested .
However time and tide wait for no man and we need action soon.
I think we will not have to much longer.

With Graham Woolfman who is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants like myself departing as Chairman ,I may have to apply for the position myself particularly if my holding increases any further.

That early morning delayed sell trade of 150,000
knocked the momentum today just as it looked like we could move higher.
Utterly irrelevant overall as we still need news to drive this baby higher.
I have a feeling we may get the long awaited news soon and then we stop fixating on whether the bid is 21.35p or 21.65p .
Still awaiting my TR-1 to drop as it has to be sent to company in Israel and the FCA in London.

A few newbies joining the loyal band of believers.
Good to see and all are welcome.
The announcement of progress on deals in China, India ,USA and dare I say Europe will be groundbreaking and the SP will be at £1 plus.
My TR-1 is imminent but I am very confident about the next few weeks .

It is utterly outrageous the way the MMs are handling Puretech shares in London .
They have been dropping SP all day trying to flush out sellers and hey presto they find a buyer in the after hours auction for c165000 shares at 289p..18p higher than the closing traded price.
Bizarre but happy I got mine at 270p

Puretech shares are operating in a false market with no liquidity as yet on the Nasdaq.
Directors buying the ADS and we obviously need a catalyst to get Invesco to offload a block of its loading and this could happen once the announcement of the Vedanta IPO is made.
This could be huge with talk of a $1 billion valuation and Puretech hold over 50% of the shares.
Daphne has sent her top man in last week to lead the IPO as he did with Karuna.
4 other founded companies are heading for IPO s over the year or two and Puretech's own drug programme is advancing at pace.
I bought another 30,000 today at 270p and I now hold 150,000.
2021 will an exciting for Puretech and it's investors imho.
