If you are a listed company you must show progress and a clear path to profitability otherwise you have failed.

The small avionics deal pushed the SP higher.
Can you imagine what a new deal from China or Europe/ India/ US / Israel et al would do to the SP.
Newsflow is the life blood of a small innovation company on AIM.
If you don't know that you are in the wrong share.

This board has been become a shambles.
I used to contribute but now it is populated by every gold digger ( Covid) investor.
I see no investors here other than gamblers .
When we get back to talking about Immupharma I may contribute again.

Forget about small trades moving the SP we need newsflow to drive it higher and get those warrants exercised.
I am certain Levi knows that and expect more RNS announcements in the coming weeks.
I feel there is an enormous amount happening in Ethernity behind the scenes and the crazy market cap of £9m will soon be a thing of the past .
If not predators will arrive and snap it up.

PRTC trading at $37.50 on Nasdaq or £2.85 on a small volume of c 3k .
Awaiting the fireworks

The usual games this morning from the MMS with SP down 4.6% on no volume with NASDAQ listing this afternoon.
Daphne Zohar confirmed at Credit Suisse conference that she feels SP undervalued by at least 100% and this is the reason for move to to NASDAQ .
The UK listing is a disaster with no volumes and crazy price movements on tiny volumes like this morning.
Roll on NASDAQ but mat take a week or so to get going with no stock available for the ADS unless SP surges in London imho.
Interesting days ahead.

MMS are a bit to eager to offload stock at the moment and even rang my broker to see if I wanted more.
When that happens step back.
Some 11p placees taking profits it would seem.
My 100 k will be reported after hours no doubt...24 hours later.

I am sure all the big US institutions/Hedge funds are fully conversant with Puretech and many have already invested in Puretech's founded entities.
It all depends on Invesco offloading some of its 32% shareholding to feed the ADS demand and this will depend on price imho.
Puretech will want the NASDAQ listing to be a success so expect fireworks next week.

American ADS shares of Puretech to commence trading on the NASDAQ on this Monday 16th November with each ADS to represent 10 Puretech ordinary shares.
So price of the ADS should be around $35 ..that is based on today's Puretech SP in London of £2.65.
With no stock being issued in the NASDAQ listing I expect a bun fight next week as US investors try to acquire ADS which can only be satisfied from selling by existing shareholders of shares listed in London.
Invesco may offload some if price is right ..if not expect SP to be very strong next week imho

Still no sign of my 100k...cheeky .
Offered another 50k at 22p but holding back as I have been informed that just another 1500 shares will push me over 3% and consequent regulatory disclosure.

Without sounding like I am talking up my own book I have good feeling we are about to see some serious news here given the doubling of the SP in just a month.
Like a parrot I feel news on the deals in China/India et al fronts will set this share alight imho.

This smacks of more positive newsflow as I struggled to get the 100k today.
At £9m market cap it is valued at the price of a large house in Kensington

The 250k ×2 late disclosure looks like a rollover to me at small fee or could be account switching.
Did not affect price.
Some of the placees at 11p have doubled their money but most seem to be holding tight.
A few games being played but that is normal on AIM .
My trade of 100k will pop up tomorrow no doubt.

Purely newsflow...The US avionics deal whilst small show management is active and I like to buy on the way up rather in a static share price going nowhere.
Average now at 30p for 1.25m shares.
Need more news to get warrants exercised and this is another reason I bought...below warrant prices.
