Cipio has been here since the start but hasn't added to its shareholding in any of the subsequent funding rounds ...still has c 6.5m shares.
I think today's RNS is an error and will be corrected

Cipio RNS is strange insofar as it's shareholding hasn't changed but it's % holding is up 1% from previous ...strange.

Singer's note mirrors my post of last night where I did say that the buyout of the PIA founders was at 145p and PIA key management are staying on.
The cash war chest of $43.5m emanating from the placing/retail funds will be augmented by unutilised banking lines of c$20m plus cash generated in the business in 2020 of over $20m .
So an acquisition of around $100m is achievable from existing funds and I fully expect that targets are already lined up and possibly Kape Is in negotiations .
I feel Sagi wanted the PIA founders out now at 145p rather than allow them piggyback on the growth of Kape following further acquisitions and organic growth driven by Kape's excellent management.
My views entirely but we are now on the way to a much higher share price and market cap.

While preference was given to existing shareholders the retail allocation was based on first come first served and the total offering capped at 8 million.
Like the Institutional placing the retail offer was hugely oversubscribed and was taken up in a matter of hours.
I got 30% of requested amount.
Anyway the good news is that the uncertainty is now over regarding PIA founders and cash for another serious acquisition is secured.

The placing is constructed to get PIA founders out at a share price of c 145p including deferred consideration.
Dilution is softened by c11m shares going into Treasury and almost all being cancelled.
Sagi is effectively underwriting placing by committing to subscribe for c72% of the placing.
Kim is staying on as executive in PIA and Kape now have total control of PIA plus $28m plus untapped banking lines for acquisitions not to mention $50 in tax savings over 15 years .
Smart move
More corporate action imminent in this high growth space as home working is here to stay with Covid.
Expect Placing to be oversubscribed and major growth in years to come

Management are top class so hold and be patient imho.

Still here with 100,000 shares at average 275p
Nasdaq listing to be confirmed with the next week or two at which time the ADS will trade.
With no new shares to be issued on the Nasdaq I expect a bun fight given the lack of liquidity.
Obviously Invesco with 32% of the shares need to do something but will they release some shares.
I am not sure.

Fully agree most of the band of brothers here are in for the medium term
I would like to see some concrete validation of the technology soon in the shape of actual deals/revenues and heck even see the SP move up from 16p bid.
Tracy keeps us all buoyed up here with talk of £1 a share which by the way would lead only to
a Market Cap of £43m....which in the context of a $ trillion industry is miniscule.
Still patient and cautiously optimistic but we need some action soon .

Gentlemen and ladies
We need a miracle to get this SP moving.
No investor Interest whatsoever.
£7 million market cap ..one of the lowest in the whole UK Stock Market tells all.
Hope fading here but have to hold on and hope for the best.
