If revenues reach £70m, which looks right to me given the massive 5G spend worldwide , it would value Ethernity at £ 5/600 million on a conservative PE ratio.
I am going for a lie down!

With China expected to spend c$500 billion on its 5G roll out over the next 3 years with Huawei expected to get a large slice of the action ( $150 billion according to Bloomberg) it seems incomprehensible that Ethernity will only achieve revenues of c$ 8/9 million in 2022 .
The VSA estimates are miniscule and surely Levi and his team are not in the game for such tiny scraps .
Disappointing to see no uplift in the SP today with still a few sellers around from the placing .
News on a Chinese breakthrough in the coming months will be a game changer so we will have to remain patient imho .

Ignore last post as it appears I will have to disclose holdings of over 3% as rules in relation to foreign funds holding shares in any UK listed company are now set at a base of 3% and all % movements above 3% as well as when going below 3%.

Looks like I won't have to disclose if I go over 3% as I hold the shares in 2 non UK registered funds where the disclosure limit is 5%.
Still hope to buy tomorrow but the 5% may be a bridge to far.

Yes I am aware of the disclosure requirements and the % limits as I am near to a 3% holding in another listed company on AIM and don't have to disclose if I go above 3% but do if over 5%.
So it looks you are right about no big hitters in the placing.

You must be correct as no holding RNS have been issued....it is a Stock Exchange requirement to do so .
So a lot more speculative investors ready to rush to the exits if the SP pops higher after a positive FDA decision.

Oncimmune Holdings signs deal with Genentech, part of Roche Pharma to characterise
AUTOANTIBODY PROFILES in patients taking part in clinical trials for rheumatological diseases
such as LUPUS.
You will remember that in the last Phase 3 trial Lupuzor proved effective in patients with AUTOANTIBODY
PROFILES.
So Roche is examining this cohort of Lupus sufferers for drug testing .....the very same patients
that Lupuzor works for.
Interesting .

One way or the other we are now out in the open and having been ignored by the Market
for so long the spotlight is now on us.
I foresee a little jump in the SP tomorrow and I hope to push through the 3% holding myself.

I am stunned that there has not been a holding RNS following the placing.
There is no way that it was taken up only by small PIs ...even though some like Unisionn may have got some..it must be a few big hitters.
Why no RNS is beyond me .

Well it depends on the offer and the deal he is given in any new larger group
with large remuneration and share options etc.
I have seen it happen many times before where a bigger player with tons of cash accelerates
the development of the acquired company and rewards the management on performance.
VSA is certainly suggesting the possibility and may have alerted some predators.
Hopefully, we can stay independent and reap the rewards but you never know in business.

I have been consistently stressing the risks of an opportunistic bid for
Ethernity before it reaches its full potential.
The new broker notes seem very conservative with just $9m revenues in 2022
given the recent Indian deal worth $1.5m alone on non 5G technology.
It would be an absolute shame if Ethernity was taken out just as the prize is within reach .
52p would only value the company at a miserly £22m or so.
Are these brokers doing a softening up exercise to facilitate a low ball offer from one of their bigger
clients.
Still great to see the market suddenly wakening up to this company's potential.
The band of brothers has known this for a long time ( particularly Tracy) and the herd has now arrived.

The only mystery now is why is the SP not up 20-30% on the news given we will have huge demand from US Investors and much improved liquidity particularly if Invesco reduce its holding .

4-6 weeks for approval then around 2 weeks to full listing launch.
Should be trading on Nasdaq by end of November or earlier.

Finally the breakthrough we have been waiting for with the confidential filings for a Nasdaq listing.
About time and the US listing should finally drive the SP to around £4 very quickly.

Precisely describes me....only in an alternative Universe.

My advisors ( and wife) say I should not post on these boards but there was something different here with the smart and erudite Tracy and the other band of believers that caught my interest.
I had a little tiff with Tracy about deal reassurance
and wanted some validation on the saleability of the technology .
Tracy in his/her belief has never waivered which I found a bit suspect but the intensity of his/her knowledge on the technology drew me in.
I would like to meet the band of brothers if this comes go and have a right old knees up.
Still a long way to go but I feel we are now on the road .
