I hope you and our fellow band of believers are right as I have nearly 1.3m shares in this company at an average price of 35p so well under water at the moment.
I would be thrilled for us all if our confidence is vindicated but we definitely need some reassurance very soon.

With the strong US/Israel relationship I wonder is Ethernity talking to the likes of Cisco, Qualcomm,
ATT&T and other US 5G players or is China it's primary focus.
What about Ericsson and Nokia in Europe.

An announcement of a deal with one or more of the Chinese telecoms would transform the company and the share price .
Proof of concept translated into revenues could see SP hit £1 or more in days.

Ethernity is still an R&D company with products out on trial and has little or no revenues and large accumulated losses with a market cap of £6.5m which is one of smallest valuations even on AIM.
It is effectively not " in business" yet with no sales of its 5G products so we have no tangible proof of concept until someone actually buys them.
Cash is tight, share price moribund with no volumes or investor interest and essentially written off by the market.
The next 3 /4 months are critical if the company is to make it.
I will buy a lot more if I see progress on real deals and revenues building .
Until then we are trapped here with no buyers of the stock and only a small band of brothers here to keep the interest alive.

As soon as I see more clarity on funding and deal flow I intend to substantially increase my holding here but until then patience is required.

Very exciting and up to date news on their technology advances.
Surely we will see these developments translate into tangible deals in the near future and validate Tracy and our belief in this company even though no one else seems interested at the moment.

All quiet on the board and the share price.
It is like watching paint dry.
I am so bored I have resorted to reading about Foden and Greenwood getting their kit off in Iceland with some young models.
At least they both scored before getting a straight red.

4.5m shares traded in the first hour.
Strange reaction to nearly 60m new shares coming on the market this morning.
I cannot figure this out even with the FDA/SPA news due.
After 4 years as an investor in IMMU nothing surprises me anymore but the share
action this morning is unusual but welcome.

The volume at 3.2m so far is striking and that's before the placement shares hit the
market tomorrow.
Suspect a leaky ship here .

Adds to frustration as to why Tim organised the placing at 11p....It has really tipped over the apple cart and the US loan sharks and Lanstead are moving quick to readajust previous deals in their favour.
No joy for us shareholders here.

Tim McCarthy has zero creditability with investors particularly the longtermers here.
I have no confidence in the man any longer.

Still IMMU is Zimmer's baby and I suspect he knows the consequences of a failed 2nd Phase 3 trial ( if positive SPA) and enormous rewards of success.

It is normal practice to disclose any Directors participation in all share offerings
He is really getting diluted now.

One of the US funds L1 has converted c1m shares at 11p so if we add up everything and assume the Yanks convert the balance of 20m shares we will end up with total shares in issue of c264m at 12p giving us a market cap of around £32m .
We will need good news to double the market cap but here is hoping.

So to correct my previous post the US Convertible holders can now convert to 21.3m shares at 11p rather than 13m at c18p as originally agreed.
