It does not matter now what the share price is now...the market is saying that the company is toast.
My broker feels that you would get about 9p a share if you tried to ofload 50,000...no buyers to be seen.
So I will have to wait and see but looks grim now sadly.

Directors placing shares subscription and % holdings post placing shown clearly in Placing announcement RNS so all good.

Directors disclosed what share amounts they took
up already following placing which did not increase their % holdings so need for RNS.

I think Levi and Barauch maintained their respective % holdings after placing so no need for Holding RNS.

I agree and when I see Ethernity with possibly one of the lowest market caps in the UK Stock Market

I have been in the markets for 45 years now and had some great wins and many disasters.
When I see Pharmas in the US raise hundreds of millions in "hope" drugs that have not even got to Phase 1 trials then I feel Immu has a chance given its paltry market cap.
The last Phase 3 trial worked for Lupus patients with certain anti-body characteristics and was poorly designed with Mozambique the centre for some trial patients...not smart.
Pharmas are the new investment darlings and Ereka looks interesting with its peptide platform.
Dr Muller the French Scientist behind Lupuzor is feted in France and drugs dealing with Lupus are rare.
Patience could be rewarded but be careful nonetheless.

The tourist industry across the Mediterranean countries is decimated this year.
I am back from Algarve where there are down 80%.
Bleak times for many.

Not to mention some dangerous hotspots as well.

When I said that the company's brokers are taking some of the loose shares it probably for the account of some of the placees...management and connected parties given the amounts are not that significant in the grander scheme of things.
I could be wrong but that's what it looks like.
We may get some further holding RNS soon which may throw some light on the matter.

I have traded the share over past 2 years hence my average is c20p
I even bought some at 160p...ouch!
Avion/FDA talks are key.
Let us hope our smug Chairman gets this right

Sad to see investors offloading at c 12p .
Company's brokers obviously managing the loose trades at 12p post placement to keep price at this level.
Anyway we shall remain patient .

Other large holdings include Kape Tech( average price 90p) and Puretech ( average 250p)

If buys are ,as you suggest, at the bid level it implies that sellers are willing to sell when a bid arises....which is worrying particularly if the sells are at the placement price of 12p

When I bought my c900,000 shares in various lots I was never able to buy at even the offer price no mind the bid....it was always over the offer for size.

The bid of 12p is what investors want to buy and 13p want they want to sell at.
So you saying sellers are prepared to sell at c 1p below offer which is deeply worrying.
