Correct..that's why deals are now essential if it is to make it .
Suspect placing at 12p suits management particularly as they have the inside track here and are not diluted.
They must have something up their sleeves or they are utterly useless.

Feeling a bit raw today but they are still in the game.
Management keeps its shareholding % and buys at rock bottom levels ( I hope).
At least other shareholders can do the same which I suppose is something.
All is not lost and long climb back for me

A long way back to 45p but we live in hope.
We need some news and quick!

I get the feeling that the few punters ( including myself) on this board are either totally mad or the market is .
The company with the (possibly) the smallest market cap on AIM and is priced at the value of a small high street deli is either the greatest mispriced investment opportunity in living memory or about to go tits up.
It is one of the biggest punts I have taken recently
and with just about $200,000 left in the kitty
it will the mother of all comebacks .
The market is pricing the company as bust but something tells me there will be a sting in the tail.
I have never seen a techology company like Ethernity valued at petty cash with its patents and cutting edge products ignored by everyone in the
investment community.
Are we being conned or are we about to reap the rewards of one of the greatest undervalued opportunities of the past decade.
You pay your money and take your chances.
The market is currently saying we are fools
but the likes of Cipio Partners don't make too many mistakes and the Israeli tech powerhouse
is not used to failure.
Best to all here...it is one one of the exciting and nerve-wracking investments I have ever made.
Success or failure is the story of life ...which one will this be.

I am here for the rise ( or fall) of Ethernity to the very end as I cannot offload my near 3% stake in the market given the
the lack of liquidity.....it is do or die now.
Looks like two possible outcomes of either stellar growth or a trade sale at a low price to the Chinese imho.
I am hoping for the former.

No news flow whatsoever but still hopeful of a breakthrough in deals and financing.
The market is pricing Ethernity at a pittance with no interest in the shares apart from the stalwarts on this board.
With no news there is nothing to do but wait and be patient .

Upside
Puretech share in VOR diluted by 58% so as result 140% more shares issued to affect such dilution.
So now we have 240 % valued at $110 ÷ 140 × 240 = $ 187 m being new total valuation of VOR.
Therefore Puretechs 11.8% is now valued at $22m.
Remember VOR is one of Puretech' smallest
investments and we have a free ride at no cost on this fully funded opportunity.

The key point is what does the new $110m financing mean in terms of equity release...is it 10% or more.
If the new financing values VOR at say $1billion
then it appears to be good news.
We need to find this valuation which may be difficult but should be revealed soon.

Based on today's volumes it looks like a false start out of the blocks but nonetheless very interesting.
Good news from the Avion/FDA discussions will spark a serious rerating and bring more long term investors into the company to perhaps replace some short term punters who will get out on any spike.
Bad news is the risk here but then we all know that by now if you have been a long termer like me.
Fingers crossed as it looks like Nolupus may be right on the prospect of imminent news.

If this was coming from anyone other than Nolupus I would say balderdash.
I have learnt to respect his views these past 2/3 years.

Looks like the historic share price pattern is developing again with a drop to c 12p or lower prior to a pump and dump rise within a matter of days.....this has happened many times in past 2 years.
However a clear result from the Avion/ FDA meeting may signal a new base level for the SP
assuming it is positive.
Chairman Tim said he would have to alert the market if these discussions were negative and he would not be smiling if he thought that to be the case.
The US Investors are clearly expecting positive
news flow.
However with IMMU you never can tell.

with the SP dropping conveniently to its non payment level of c 13.5p

The big conundrum is why is Ethernity Net only valued at £6 m ....around the same as a corner
shop ....when its addressable market for NICs over the next 5 years is £1.2 b.
Even if Ethernity got 5% of the market ( £ 1.2b x 5% =£ 60m or £12m revenues per annum) it would be valued
at maybe £70-80m( ie Net Profits of £6/7m per annum multiplied by a P/E of say 12)
Surely one of the big players must see this and be tempted to make an approach at 3/4 times the current share price.
Are we on this Board delusional and why is nobody else interested in the share.
Strange enigma but maybe we will do all right in the end.

As someone who has been here for the last 2 years, it pays to listen to and follow the moves
of the erudite Nolupus .
I have a major holding here which I have averaged down to a 20p breakeven .
There will probably be news soon based on McCarthy's comments that " he would not be smiling
if he was not confident of the Avion/FDA situation and in any event would have to alert the market
if there was a problem"

Waiting for Godot ..... I would love to know what is going on in the background here.
It would be bizarre if Ethernity were in financing difficulties after having concluded
a distribution deal with Techtronics ...... it would highly disingenuous of management imho.
The ideal scenario would be that they announce a blockbuster deal which drives the SP higher
and then announce a small financing arrangement.
Dream on and fingers crossed.
